In this study, the spatial analysis of building violations in the period 93-1388 was arranged. Research methods analytical and TvshAy it is applied. The required data were collected through documentary and field studies. shown, therefore, the sample size is calculated with Cochran formula and 210 people for your special infringement cases referred to the Commission NmvdhAnd the material 100 municipalities, were selected by simple random sampling and questionnaire Mhqq made, information is collected and analyzed. The results show that in the period studied, the building violations has been increasing. Also, the opinions issued by the Commission of Article 100 of the present study indicate that the most verdict in the municipal building violations, fines (up 80 percent) were by offenders.
