The current research was conducted with the aim of the relationship between environmental protection behaviors and the mediating role of professional ethics in athletes. The research method was descriptive-correlation studies based on structural equations. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the athletes, who were selected as a sample based on the multi-stage cluster random sampling method based on the unlimited population size and according to Morgan's table. In order to collect information, questionnaires of professional ethics and environmental protection behaviors of Kaiser (1999) were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was found to be 0.854 and 0.832, respectively, based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done through Pearson test and structural equations with AMOS software. According to the results of the Pearson correlation test, there is a significant positive relationship between professional ethics and environmental protection behaviors (Sig=0.001, r=0.714). Also, the results of structural equations showed that the mediation of professional ethics has a significant positive effect on the environmental protection behaviors of athletes.

One of the main concerns in recent years with regard to climate change and global warming is how to efficiently manage the water resources of the world. Insufficient or unavailable hydroclimatological data further aggravate the difficulty of good water management. Hence the use of hydrologic and hydraulic models is a possible solution to ease the job of the water managers. In this research, Soil and Water Assessment Tools (SWAT) are used to predict and validate the discharge in Taleghan Watershed of Iran. The inputs required include soil, land use and DEM layers with hydroclimatological data. Statistical methods were used for calibration and validation of the SWAT model. The results indicate that the observed and predicted discharge have the least mean absolute relative error both in the annual and monthly periods. From the SPSS analysis, these values were found to be not significant at 95% probability for the annual and monthly discharges for the calibration and validation periods. The study illustrates the usefulness of the SWAT Model in predicting runoff components in a watershed. The annual results in Taleghan catchments during 1987 and 2007 indicate an increasing 7.3% surface runoff and decreasing 11.3% and 11% interflow and groundwater flow respectively.

On of the problems related to the Metro police are the informal settlement the shortage of the land for making structures in high cost against the fast rate of population rise an highly, the increasing rate of the application for house in city caused to law access of popular larger of people and middle ones to the land and house market and it increased the non suitable structure making in informal suburbs of the city. The Shater Abad in Kermanshah unfavorable structure making and is including the non suitable spatial texture, high density, unfavorable city environment, are some problems containing the Shater Abad in this study the social, economic and physical variables in appearance informal settlement in Shater Abad and effects have been investigated, the results of this research is representing the appearance of Shater Abad, analyzing the regression technique the effectiveness coefficient related to each parameters character according to obtained results from the (R.A.M) demonstrated which two series of parameters including the primary possession immigration reason, being or not immigration and before occupation and factors after the immigration, including the person job, possession document, settlement reason, permission for making (establishment), and income, have the most effectiveness. In general, with computing the coefficient of element effects and different variables and contrasting them from each other characterized that these to factors was 57.5 % and 42.5% affective in the appearance of Shatter Abad so, if the planners and policy makers are solving the problems initiated from the informal settlement in cities they should research their roots in the effective factor before immigrating and in rural, the problems related to the informal settlement in cities.
