IntroductionIn recent years, the issue of sustainable development in urban areas has been one of the most important topics among researchers, professors and urban planning experts, and although many questions have been focused on what should be done and how to solve these challenges and how to do it. (Pourmohammadi, 2003: 1) But in reality, effective solutions are few and the need to renew the attitude to the city and, of course, urban planning, is more evident than ever. Cities face many challenges in the economic, social and environmental fields. At the same time, the increase in population along with the increasing proportion of urbanization has brought harmful consequences for cities. Continuation of such urban growth with social, economic, and environmental problems is critical and is a warning of urban instability, which in turn has severely affected livability in cities (Sasanpour et al., 2014: 29). In this regard, reducing social, cultural, service problems, strengthening the spirit of citizen participation in urban affairs, restoring peace, comfort and beauty to urban environments, implementing social justice effectively and restoring security in various dimensions, all in the hands of management It is an optimal city (Hosseinzadeh Dalir et al., 2012: 161). In this study, which has been conducted with the aim of studying the situation of livability in the regions of Tabriz, while comparatively comparing the situation of regions based on objective and subjective approaches, has identified the key components affecting the promotion of livability. The main question of the research is what is the situation of different areas of Tabriz in terms of livability? And what factors affect the improvement of livability in these areas?Data and MethodsDescriptive-analytical method and questionnaire tools (at two levels of citizens and experts) have been used. In this regard, one-sample t-test in SPSS software environment, Vicker's multi-attribute decision model and interaction / structural impact analysis method were used using Mick Mac software to analyze the data. The statistical population of this study was the residents of 10 districts of Tabriz, and the statistical sample was selected based on stratified sampling method and the proportion of population share of the regions using simple random sampling method. Results and DiscussionThe physical dimension, based on the opinions of experts and the sample t-test, has an average of 3.28, which is above average. The value of this dimension, according to citizens, is equal to 3.20 above average (theoretical average of 3). According to the opinions of the citizens of District 9 and according to the opinions of experts, District 1 is in the first place. The results of Vickor analysis also show the first rank of Region 2 in terms of viability. Regarding the effective factors obtained from Mick Mac software, the results show that the renovation of worn tissue and the improvement of marginal tissue are key influential factors.ConclusionIn the section of biodegradability analysis, based on objective criteria, 8 criteria were used and the areas were ranked according to their per capita related to urban uses using the Victor technique. The ranking of the regions is; Zones 2, 9, 5, 1, 6, 7, 3, 4, 9 and 10. Regarding the analysis of key factors affecting urban livability, cross-structural / structural analysis method was used. This was done in the Mic Mac software environment. The results show that in order of factors; Creating employment and sustainable income, renovating worn-out structures, improving suburban structures, providing adequate housing, developing green and open spaces, and providing infrastructure services are key factors. Considering this, it can be said that among the 10 areas of Tabriz metropolis, we are witnessing a spatial imbalance in terms of livability, and the optimal management of the mentioned cases plays an important role in eliminating this spatial imbalance. Based on this, it can be acknowledged that achieving viability requires an attitude similar to a living organism that people and place are two sides of this living organism.

Introduction
Quality of life, as a concept, is an indicator of a person's level of satisfaction with life, in other words, a criterion for determining satisfaction and dissatisfaction of individuals and groups with different aspects of life. Quality of urban life is one of the most important areas of urban studies in different countries. In general, according to field research, and information obtained from the municipality, and relevant authorities, and comparison with the introduced standards, by credible sources, the quality of life in the neighborhoods of Shahrekord is low for various reasons. Comprehensive studies are needed in all specialties to serve urban managers and planners for urban development planning. Examining the quality of life in Shahrekord, causes the shortcomings and weaknesses of this city to be realized in this regard, and appropriate plans should be made based on them. Shahrekord, as one of the middle cities of the country, has witnessed a large migration of surrounding towns and villages in recent years and this has caused the quality of life to be somewhat in crisis due to marginalization and the presence and occurrence of people with different cultures. This makes it necessary to examine the quality of urban life in this city. This study aims to investigate and evaluate the quality of urban life in Shahrekord.
Data and Method
The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of methodology, at the same time, with the exploratory approach (causal) and survey technique, it is based on descriptive-analytical nature. The statistical population of this study, including all citizens of Shahrekord, in 2016, is 190441 people. The sample size, according to the Morgan table, is 383 people. The questionnaire has two dimensions of urban quality of life, with three sub-categories (social, economic, and physical), with 32 questions, and the Citizens' Satisfaction Questionnaire with 13 questions, the validity of which is formal, which has been approved by experts. The construct validity, which was confirmed by factor analysis, and its reliability, based on Cronbach's alpha, was confirmed to be 0.83. To analyze the data, statistical methods of one-sample T-test were used with SPSS software, and structural equation analysis based on Smart PLS software was used.
Results and Discussion
The quality of the urban environment is a measure of the quality of the living environment, which is the least desirable for urban life, and one of the factors influencing it is the amount and manner of social services, hierarchy in major urban applications and services, social security in urban spaces, access to urban spaces, location of uses, and the main spaces of the city, urban environment, performance of different parts of the city, ongoing activities in the urban environment, attention to the identity and culture of natives, etc. An important reason for such attention to the (concept) of quality, considering urban planning and design, simultaneously and interactively, is one of the solutions that can achieve the improvement of functional quality in urban spaces. The quality of urban life is usually measured by the mental characteristics of the survey, and assessing the citizens' perceptions and satisfaction of urban life, or by the objective characteristics of secondary data, and rarely by both types of characteristics. Therefore, concern about the quality of modern life is a feature of contemporary society, which can be a function of the quality of the environment. Also, degradation in the quality of the urban environment can be the result of some economic activities.
Conclusion
The results of this study reveal that the results of T-test analyzes show that the citizens of this area, in economic dimensions, which include the indicators of job opportunities, educational facilities, recreational facilities, and health facilities, are in above-average conditions. And from these indicators, the quality of urban life is in an acceptable position. Also, social indicators that include a sense of personal security, satisfaction with life's successes, relationships with neighbors, and satisfaction with a sense of belonging, according to the results obtained, are below the average of quality of life, and physical characteristics, which include satisfaction with aggregation. And waste disposal, green space, and parks, water quality, street condition, public transportation, the traffic situation in city affairs are lower than the average. In general, development planning in Shahrekord should be targeted and tailored to local resources and people's objective and mental needs, to help improve the quality of life of the city's residents. Also, it is necessary to improve the quality of life, as the main goal of urban and regional development projects. The level of citizens' satisfaction with the quality of their living environment is not at the desired physical level. Also, the results obtained from structural equations indicate that research relationships of the social index on citizen satisfaction, with path coefficient 0.19 and T=2.25, economic index on citizen satisfaction, with path coefficient 0.27 and T=2.74, physical index on citizen satisfaction, with a path factor of 0.61 and a value of T=3.85, are validated.

Introduction The concept of a livable city means to be suitable for living or habitable, which has been very strong today by expanding and intensifying the problems human societies and the loose of quality of life. The word "livable cities" for the first time in 1970 by the national Arts organization in order to achieve their urban ideas and looking for it by other centers and research organizations such as the environmental protection organizations that has done extensive studies regarding the most of American cities was gone. Following the influence of this word in the literature related to this field can be searched in 1975 and the writings of William Marlins on the fields of livable in Saturday Review and Christian Science Monitor. Today, by expanding the problems of human societies and increasing their day to day (problems) has been greatly increased the quality of life indicators of residents of different places. Tabriz is one of the oldest cities in the country with regard to the historical, economic, cultural, health and industrial backgrounds of Tabriz metropolis, which has turned the city in to the first city in different fields. Today not only does not upgrade this roles and functions but also is in annihilation state. Because of its complex and multi-dimensional conceptual and its patterns vary from one region to another. So far a comprehensive model of the impact of the overall livability of cities on the present situation and the relationship between them is not defined. This paper tries to measure the present situation based on the appropriate models of Tabriz and the effect of the dimensions of livability on the situation in objective models based on scientific methods. Hence, the main objective of the present study was to determine the level of livability indices based on their impact on the situation in Tabriz metropolis using structural equation modeling technique. The output of this research helps urban managers and planners have a bright picture of the ecological sector of Tabriz metropolis. This article has been formulated based on scientific study and tracking to answer the following question. What conditions is the current condition of the city of Tabriz in different dimensions? and which indicators should be the first priority of the planners be given the amount of their impact on the present situation to achieve urban livability in Tabriz metropolis? Methodology This research is applied in terms of nature and is a descriptive-analytic method. The instrument was a questionnaire the statistical population in this research are the experts and urban managers with complete familiarity with the situation of each region, has a number of 140 people. According to the volume of society and Morgan table, 104 people selected by non-linear snow bullets and the question have taken place. Then the statues of livability using single sample T-Test and relationship between dimensions and livability in dices is analyzed with structural equation modeling whit Partial least squares method(PLS). Results and discussion Due to the increasing development of the life- level of Tabriz metropolis, requiring the main indicators and influence on the existing situation and communication between them. This research has provided new insight in to the livability of Tabriz metropolis that will detect the priorities of action in the decision space. Study of analysis of the present analyses regarding the current situation of Tabriz's livability in different dimensions generally, the average obtained in all dimensions (urban services and infrastructure, urban environment, urban economics, urban management, urban history and the urban community) were lower than the average and the results are not statistically significant only for urban community index that the results of this indicator are not generalized. Also, prioritizing indicators due to their impact on the present situation to achieve urban livability in Tabriz metropolis shows that highest share of urban services and infrastructure are (providing daily necessities in the neighborhoods, highways access, access to other neighborhoods in the city, access to workplace, the quality of water, electricity, gas and internet, Bank, quality of public transportation in neighborhoods, public transport work hours and distribution of public transport stations), that pays attention to urban managers and planners. Research findings show the current condition of Tabriz's livable situation according to the average of all ten areas in all dimensions is low that it has alignment with the findings of Rashidi and colleagues (1395) who have assessed the livability of Tabriz region in comparison with the Osku, Azarshahr, Bostan Abad, Tabriz, Shabestar and Herris. This findings with the findings of Ali Akbari and Akbari (1396), which has recognized the equitable distribution of facilities and services identified the main livability of the city of Tehran, the study of Aluria (2017) that the factors affecting on the quality of life of residents has expressed the distribution of urban services and also the ministry of Sustainable Management in India (2018) that physical index (with 45%) highest ranking in the livability standards. Conclusion This research, based on structural equations analysis shows that the services and urban infrastructure have the highest effect on the present situation of Tabriz metropolis livability In any attempt to improve the livability of Tabriz, it should be considered the role and position of this indicator. The results show that all aspects of livability in Tabriz metropolis have low average. The results of the model also show that among the influence factors on livability status, "urban infrastructure and services" and "urban environment", "urban management", "urban history" and "urban community" factors have a direct and meaning full effect, In the meantime, the "urban infrastructure and services" factor has the greatest impact which has a motivation of Tabriz metropolis livability. As a result, any program and attempt to initiate and upgrade of the livability of Tabriz status need attention to the key role of these factors. But what is particularly the achievement of the present study is preparation of appropriate bio-model with the new scientific methodology Partial least squares (PLS) based on present conditions.
