This study was conducted with the general purpose of developing strategies for the use of renewable energy in the agricultural sector in Bushehr province. In this study, first, using analytical studies and literature, the subject of the four SWOT points, namely strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, were identified and prioritized using the AHP technique. The statistical population of the study were subject-aware experts and specialists in relevant organizations who were purposefully selected for the study. Data analysis was performed using SWOT-AHP technique using Expert Choice software. Findings showed that in evaluating the criteria, strengths, weaknesses, threats, opportunities were the first to fourth priorities that the weights obtained from the results of these points indicate the dominance of risky space over space. useful. In addition, in prioritizing strategic areas, the results showed that the first SO strategy is aggressive strategy (maximum-maximum), the second strategy is ST strategy is contingent strategy (maximum-minimum), the third WO strategy is adaptive strategy (minimum-maximum strategy). And finally, the last strategy in the subject under consideration is the WT strategy, that is, the defense strategy (at least - at least). In general, the results of this research can provide new insights for energy and environmental policy makers.

Study and recognition of the capabilities of geographic regions to create the systematic scientific fields to achieve better use of available resources for useful and sustainable agriculture development is necessity. The mountain structure of Fereydounshahr has been increase the important of geographical spaces of this field from the point of view of rural development and agriculture. Therefore, the main approach in this research is identifying and introducing the capabilities and limitations associated with land level for agriculture activities in the study field. This research could be part of a comprehensive land capability plan for sustainable agriculture development in field. In this study, the evaluation of land potential and the preparation of potential determination maps through the Geographic information system GIS based on the multi-criteria decision-making analytical approach (MCDM) has been carried out. Hierarchical analytic process (AHP) to weigh the criteria, and finally, weighted linear combination (WLC) method has also been used to integrate maps in order to achieve this result. The parameters were used in this study are topography including a digital elevation model and slope, soil characteristics including soil depth, soil texture, and soil gravel, as well as land use and land coverage. The results of the evaluation of the agricultural ability of the county show that 6.25% of the area is suitable, 6.15% of the land is relatively suitable, 12.88% of the land area is slightly suitable and 6. 88 % of the area is almost unsuitable. This is while 67.84% of the area is in full constraint for agricultural activity.

Agriculture as a main economic activity of Azarshahr County is facing with fundamental problems (lack of proper marketing, high losses, low price of products and …). Most of these problems can be solved by creating agricultural products processing industries. Also, some of the region's economic and social problems such as lack of adequate employment, hidden unemployment and low income, can be improved by creating such industries. Agriculture in Azarshahr, according to the statistics of this county, annually produces over one million tons of agricultural products and overproduction in some agricultural and animal productions, such as horticultural and livestock products, which is indicative of necessary attention for establishment of agricultural processing and complementary industries in this county. This paper tries to determine Azarshahr County suitable processing and complementary industries and for this goal according to descriptive-analytical methodology; first we recognized the goals and then prioritized the industries using data gathered from experts and professionals in Agricultural Organization of East Azerbaijan Province and Azarshahr County and using combined Delphi and TOPSIS techniques. Results show that in Azarshahr County priory attention should be paid to processing industries related to livestock products because of higher overproduction and also rapid spoil ability of products, and thereby, industries related to horticultural products because of their important role in suitable using of regions agricultural products.
