In this context, passive defense is one of the most effective and lasting means of defending against threats from a long history of human. One of the solutions has proposed to reduce injuries in the threat situations is the use of open spaces . Therefore, the purpose of the research is to evaluate urban open spaces and its role in reducing vulnerability during crisis with the passive defense approach in Tabriz . The present research is descriptive-analytical and with applied approach. Sampling were selected from 100 residents of Tabriz decuple regions from questioning surveys. The data were analyzed using ARC GIS software and multi-criteria decision making methods, MCDM and fuzzy analysis. The results showed that among the weight of sub-criteria, outdoor space has the highest weight with 0.621 value and the lowest weight was assigned to the sub-criterion of relative self-sufficiency 0.023 and according to the final map of fuzzy overly map, the area of open space in reducing the vulnerability of 10 regions was 4253469 m2 with the lowest area 5.55 percent and highest area 19.39% Equal to 14849144 m2 and has the most favorable open spaces in decreasing vulnerability, and in the among of 10 regions of Tabriz, region of 5,6,7, and 9 have an important role in decreasing of vulnerability and region of 1,2,4, 8,9 and 10 have the less effect in decreasing vulnerability.}, keywords = {urban open spaces,Passive Defense,urban vulnerability,Tabriz city}, title_fa = {ارزیابی فضای باز شهری و نقش آن در کاهش آسیب پذیری در مواقع بحران با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل (نمونه موردی: شهر تبریز)}, abstract_fa = {انسان از ابتدای خلقت خود و شروع زندگی در این جهان با پدیده تهدید روبرو بوده است و همواره تلاش می‌نموده تا تعادلی بین تهدیدات متصوره و نیازمندی‌های انسان به امنیت برقرار نماید. در این زمینه پدافند غیرعامل بعنوان یکی از مؤثرترین و پایدارترین روش‌های دفاع در مقابل تهدیدات از قدمتی به بلندی تاریخ بشر برخوردار می‌باشد. و یکی از راهکارهای ارائه‌ شده برای کاهش صدمات در این زمینه به هنگام وقوع بحران، استفاده از فضاهای باز می‌باشد. فضاهای باز علاوه بر هزینه کم نسبت به سایر راهبردها و فن‌های کاهش صدمات، در مراحل مختلف قبل، حین و بعد از حادثه می‌توانند نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای را ایفاء کنند. بنابراین هدف پژوهش، ارزیابی فضای باز شهری و نقش آن در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری در مواقع بحران با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهر تبریز می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند بوده، 100 نفر از ساکنان مناطق 10 گانه شهر تبریز برای پرسشگری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده نرم‌افزار ARC GIS و روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره و تحلیل فازی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در وزن‌دهی زیرمعیارهای‌ فضای باز، بیشترین وزن به زیرمعیار پوشش سراسری (0.621) و کمترین وزن به زیرمعیار خودکفایی نسبی (0.023) اختصاص داده شد و مطابق شکل نهایی هم‌پوشانی وزنی فازی شده، میزان مطلوبیت فضای باز در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری مناطق ده‌گانه بر اساس مساحت حاکی از این است که (4253469) متر مربع با درصد (55/5) کمترین و (14849144) متر مربع با درصد (39/19) از مساحت تبریز بیشترین میزان مطلوبیت فضاهای باز در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری را دارا می‌باشد و همچنین از بین مناطق ده‌گانه تبریز، مناطق (5،6،7،9) در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری توانایی نقش بیشتر، و مناطق (1،2،4،8،9،10) توانایی نقش کمتری را در مواقع بحران در کاهش آسیب‌پذیری به نسبت فضاهای باز دارا می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {فضاهای باز شهری,پدافند غیرعامل,آسیب پذیری شهری,شهر تبریز}, url = {https://geoplanning.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_10795.html}, eprint = {https://geoplanning.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_10795_78be3b5d195a671c818044fd088ef041.pdf} }
