Analyzing effective factors in rural tourism entrepreneurship: emphasizing on strategic advantages

Abstract

Objective: Rural tourism entrepreneurship is considered a strategic approach to the transition to a sustainable community, ‎‎‎‎and the desire for ‎rural tourism entrepreneurship is reflected via each rural's unique features and abilities. This paper aims to determine the ‎essential aspects of rural tourism ‎‎‎‎entrepreneurship based on strategic advantages in connection with tourist villages of Ardabil ‎province.

Methods: In this research, 15 tourism villages of Ardabil province, selected by the ‎Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism, are the study areas. Random ‎sampling has been used to select households in the tourism villages. In this sampling, people in ‎the community are given an equal chance to be selected in the sample.‎ The required ‎‎data ‎‎were collected through a questionnaire survey. The statistical analysis was ‎performed using the SPSS and ‎‎‎‎Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) designed with Lisrel software.

Results: The results indicate that, the variable "acceptance of new ideas and values" in the "flexibility" index, the variable "access to amenities (water, electricity, gas...)" in the index of "energy" and the variable "ability to transfer one's expertise and skills to others such as children, friends or acquaintances" in the index of "expertise and skill" have the first to third ranks according to the respondents. Finally, ‎this study provides new ‎ways to launch rural entrepreneurship related ‎‎‎to tourism based on strategic ‎advantages‏.‏

Conclusions: in this study all ‎dimensions ‎‎ (economic, social, cultural, physical, Individual, and environmental) of ‎‎‎strategic advantages are significant.

کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی رویکردی راهبردی برای گذار به جامعه پایدار در نظر گرفته شده است. تمایل به کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی از طریق ویژگی­ها و توانایی­های منحصر به فرد هر روستا منعکس می­شود. این مقاله با هدف تعیین جنبه­های ضروری کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی بر اساس مزیت­های استراتژیک در ارتباط با روستاهای گردشگری استان اردبیل از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه انجام شده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 363 نفر از ساکنین روستاهای گردشگری استان اردبیل می­باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده است و در مرحله بعد سهم هر یک از روستاها از نمونه با استفاده از فرمول تناسب به دست آمده است. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه­ای در دو بخش در اختیار پاسخگویان قرار گرفت که بخش اول اطلاعاتی در مورد ویژگی­های دموگرافیکی و اجتماعی ساکنین جمع­آوری می­کند و بخش دوم پرسشنامه، شامل سؤالاتی در مورد بررسی مزیت­های استراتژیک مؤثر در کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی با 40 سؤال می­باشد. برای بررسی مزیت­های استراتژیک مؤثر در کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی، نتایج حاصل از استناد نظری به عنوان شاخص­های عملیاتی مزیت­های استراتژیک به صورت پرسشنامه محقق ساخته درآمده و اقدام به گردآوری داده­ها شده است. این تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و ماهیت آن به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی می­باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM)  طراحی شده با نرم افزار LISREL انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد تمامی ابعاد (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، کالبدی، انسانی و طبیعی) دارای مزیت­های استراتژیک، معنی­دار می­باشد. در این مطالعه متغیر « پذیرش عقاید و ارزش­های جدید » در شاخص « انعطاف­پذیری »، متغیر « دسترسی به امکانات رفاهی (آب، برق، گاز و...) » در شاخص « انرژی » و متغیر « توانایی انتقال تخصص و مهارت خود به دیگران نظیر فرزندان، دوستان یا آشنایان » در شاخص « تخصص و مهارت » به عنوان مزیت­های استراتژیک مؤثر در کارآفرینی گردشگری روستایی رتبه­های اول تا سوم را از دیدگاه پاسخگویان به خود اختصاص داده­اند.
