Objective: Rural tourism entrepreneurship is considered a strategic approach to the transition to a sustainable community, and the desire for rural tourism entrepreneurship is reflected via each rural's unique features and abilities. This paper aims to determine the essential aspects of rural tourism entrepreneurship based on strategic advantages in connection with tourist villages of Ardabil province.
Methods: In this research, 15 tourism villages of Ardabil province, selected by the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism, are the study areas. Random sampling has been used to select households in the tourism villages. In this sampling, people in the community are given an equal chance to be selected in the sample. The required data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) designed with Lisrel software.
Results: The results indicate that, the variable "acceptance of new ideas and values" in the "flexibility" index, the variable "access to amenities (water, electricity, gas...)" in the index of "energy" and the variable "ability to transfer one's expertise and skills to others such as children, friends or acquaintances" in the index of "expertise and skill" have the first to third ranks according to the respondents. Finally, this study provides new ways to launch rural entrepreneurship related to tourism based on strategic advantages.
Conclusions: in this study all dimensions (economic, social, cultural, physical, Individual, and environmental) of strategic advantages are significant.

Rural youth migration can Underlie different economic, social and ecological crisis in both migration origin and destinations. Increase Satisfaction of life, considered as an important way to reduce the rate of youth migration. Accordingly; the present study aimed to investigate the affecting factors on rural youth Place belonging. To do this and reaching to the research goal; descriptive - analytical methodology based on documentary study and survey through questionnaires was used. The sample consisted of 127 rural households (Focused on the youth of each family) of Neishabour Fazl rural district. To collect data; Stratified random sampling and the questionnaire based on 4 dimensions’ components and indicators used. Instrument reliability was approved by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/944). By considering T-test results, the findings indicated that all investigated components were significant at the alpha level 0/05, and the average is higher than the theoretical one. The highest average was referred to economic component with rural employment and living expenses indicators. The regression results confirmed the T-test results, and based on the obtained Beta, it was shown that the economic component has the most effect on rural youth Place belonging. Based on COPRAS Model; the highest level of rural youth Place belonging referred to Adg village.

In recent decade, tourism especially in rural area has important role in economic diversification and natural and historical- cultural heritage preservation. The available historical- cultural heritage importance in rural area as a civilization heritage has a special situation and it causes to attract many of tourists to these kind of potential destination. So, take advantages of these potential destination needs to design appropriate strategies and specific areas of the tourism planners and managers. Therefore, this study has aimed to develop strategy for the sustainable development of rural tourism and in this case study tried to answer the fundamental question that what is the appropriate strategy for sustainable tourism development in rural area where has historical -cultural potential? Accordingly, the present study by using of descriptive- analytic and survey methodology and SWOT technique, QSPM assessment matrix, has presented the appropriate strategies in three dimensions of rural community as participators, tourists and administrators in seven historical-cultural rural area. For data analyzing and presenting appropriate and comprehensive strategy for rural tourism development, had been use of SWOC analytic method. According to the obtained results from the sample communities, the defensive strategy had been selected as a central strategy for rural tourism development in case study of rural area.
