The patterns of land separation are one of the tools that allow land users and urban designers and planners to control the existing and future development and construction of the land and use it with appropriate standards and criteria. and close the shape of the city. Therefore, the way of separation and compliance with the principles and rules of urban planning and the effective components during the separation of urban lands will have a significant impact on cities. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to investigate the patterns of segregation and the factors affecting it in the suburban areas of Ardabil city. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. The statistical population of the research was made up of executive experts in housing and urban development and the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation of Ardabil city, 50 of them were selected by snowball method and the questionnaire was completed. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS and Excel software, and after weighting the studied indicators using the Shannon entropy method, the selected areas were selected using the COPRAS model. were ranked. The results of the implementation of the mentioned model show that in terms of the factors affecting land segregation patterns in the suburbs of Ardabil city, Sablan town, dadghostari town, karshenasan town and sina town are ranked first to fourth respectively. are located The components affecting land separation play a decisive role in identifying the land separation pattern. Therefore, it is pointless to consider a fixed pattern for all urban spaces considering the effective components. As a result, the optimal pattern of land separation should always be reviewed and monitored by considering the effective components.

Population growth has made a huge difference in the various aspects of human life and their function, including the spatial status of individuals. In this growth. This growth usually includes having good and proper housing is one of the most important priorities of every society. There are many differences between neighborhoods and urban areas in terms of having a good and affordable housing, and these differences have led citizens to consider different indicators for their choice of residence. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate domiciliation indices in Ardabil city. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and causal in nature based on structural equation modeling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 4 indices (socio-cultural, economic, environmental and physical) and 33 items based on the responses of residents of Aftab, Mahtab, Banafsheh and Milad residential towers in District 2 of Ardabil city with a sample size of 400 . The collected data were analyzed by SPSS, Smart-PLS software. The results of path coefficient analysis and t-test showed that the variables (suitability of neighborhood conditions, heeding of urban principles and widespreading of alleyways and streets, suitability of neighborhood conditions for traffick of women, having parking, freshity and inanity of neighborhood, people's culture level had dedicated the most date for itself. The results showed that 4 research indicators have a positive and significant impact on domiciliation selection of Ardebil residents. With identifying and evaluating domiciliation indicators in the view of citizens, city managers can improve and perferment the housing conditions of citizens.

The aim of this research is to investigate the spatial structure of Tabriz Metropolis based on functional nuclei. The research method is descriptive-analytic research of causal-correlation type. Data collection was done in a library method. Data includes urban activities that are extracted from the census. The number of activity indicators is 25, which is classified in five main industrial, commercial, administrative, financial, service and recreational categories. And these are considered as metropolis functional nuclei. To analyze the distribution of functional nuclei from the kernel density estimation method, for analyzing spatial patterns from the mean center and the elliptic of the standard deviation, spatial correlation modeling of geographical weight regression and least squares regression have been used. The results of the research show that the spatial patterns of the functional nuclei are single-core. Tabriz is still far away from the formation of a multi-core metropolis and core subsidiary have not yet succeeded in attracting their activities and population. Spatial correlation results also show that there is a positive relationship between functional nuclei and population distribution and strengthening functional nuclei will focus the population, especially in the city center.

Housing is considered the basic needs of every human being. Several programs by governments in the provision of housing for different groups, especially low-income classes is performed. In recent years, in order to meet the legitimate expectations and customary in the field of housing for low-income groups, the government has adopted the policy of housing construction. Mehr housing project, the biggest national housing plan, which due to its expansion and new projects needs to review the results of this experience, is felt. The aim of this paper is to examine the satisfaction of residents of housing complexes Sham Asbi (Ardabil) is. The study method was descriptive-analytical and the data collection method was documentary and survey using questionnaires. According to by Morgan table sample size was estimated to be 200. To analyze of data with SPSS software was used. The output of the Chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between the variables employment status and satisfaction. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is an inverse relationship between income and satisfaction. In addition, one-sample t test results testify to the satisfaction Sham Asbi residential area (Ardabil) is less than average and residents of the most physical criteria and the criteria of ownership are least satisfied with.

Uneven and unequal distribution of public land has been one of the consequences of libertine urban growth in the recent decades that has led to an unbalance in the distribution of urban public lands. This has had enormous implications, one of them being the lack of equal access to municipal services for citizens. Due to political and political developments in Ardabil during the recent decades this city achieved a massive physical growth so that this libertine physical growth has led to an unbalanced distribution of public land and caused forming a bipolar wealthy and deprived city. Accordingly this study aims at investigating and analyzing the public land distribution manner to evaluate the distribution of public utility and to grade and determine wealthy and deprived urban regions. This study employs descriptive-analytical method and essentially could have applied nature. To collect data the library method was used. To achieve study objectives two hypotheses were designed, in order to test the first one spatial autocorrelation analysis tools and the nearest neighbor index and to test the second one Kernel density function were used.
