Formulating a research program strategy based on the goals and policies of the upstream and making it operational based on the capacities and facilities is one of the important and basic measures that have been carried out in the Agricultural Research, Education, and Promotion Organization (TAT). Part of this program is strategic identification and priorities, economic and social research of agriculture and rural development. which has been done using descriptive, survey,and field research methods, using the SWAT technique.After reviewing the above documents,expert meetings were held with the presence of experts and experienced researchers in the field of economic and social research in the agriculture and rural development sectors in the country. The results show that among the 11 weak points examined,three cases are climatic diversity, the information obtained from studies, and the existence of legal capacity,and among the 21 weak points examined,territorial fragmentation, the absence of a positive economic and social attitude in research and program. Planning the development of the sector is of great importance.Also, among the 14 investigated opportunities, two cases are the orientation of the sector towards knowledge-based and the possibility of increasing the production capacity of agricultural products,and among the 11 investigated threats,two cases are the lack of practical belief in the proper structure and little attention to research results in planning. They have great privilege and importance. Based on the results of internal factors and external factors, the evaluation matrix shows that the current state of agricultural economics and rural development research is in the defensive area. In other words, trying to maintain the status quo.For 9 research areas in 14 research axes,more than 700 economic and social plans/projects have been identified, for their implementation, it is necessary to provide facilities, credits,and expert human resources with the participation of the private sector and universities.

IntroductionTypically, in developing countries, urban growth exceeds the capacity of governments and municipalities to provide services and infrastructure suitable for the population. This category will exacerbate urban poverty in cities, especially large cities in these countries.Data and Method The purpose of this study is to empower poverty in the neighborhood of Ismail Abad, District 19 of Tehran Municipality. This research is applied in terms of purpose and part of descriptive-analytical research in terms of method. The statistical population of the present study is the Ismailabad neighborhood, District 19 of Tehran Municipality. First, using economic, socio-cultural, and physical indicators, the areas of urban poverty in the Ismail neighborhood, District 19 of Tehran Abad Municipality were identified.Results and DiscussionThe weighting of the research indices was taken using the Shannon entropy method, then the Vikor quantitative leveling model was used to rank the indices. ARC GIS software has been used to display and analyze the poor urban space in the neighborhood of Ismail Abad, District 19. Also, using the QSPM model, internal and external strategies were identified in which non-governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations were considered as the most important motivating factor in empowering poverty at the neighborhood level and after identifying the target neighborhood. The use of the SWOT technique has been done to improve this place due to planning problems and limitations.ConclusionThe results indicate that urban poverty has been discovered in neighborhoods located on the outskirts of the city. To solve the problems of the residents of the target neighborhood, local spontaneous reinforcers in creating solidarity and maintaining the neighborhood identity, recognizing development potentials, educating residents and raising people's awareness, implementing empowerment plans to control the neighborhood.

The tourism theory in fact results from the difference in the social structures and wherever there are two different types of something, doubtlessly attraction would emerge for comprehending the other type. The diversity of religions also generates attraction for comprehension of other religions and forms as an incentive in the tourists for religious tourism. Religious tourism is one of the most common forms of tourism across the world. Religious attractions, sacred places and shrines attract a large number of tourists every year. In the country of Iran passion-play is a traditional-religious drama which is a blend of Persian and Shia Islam believes in which the social and philosophical values of Persian community are shaped. Passion-play is one of the potentials of religious tourism that has the capacity to attract religious tourists. The research method is of descriptive-analytic type. For this purpose, in the process of conducting the research, first the religious tourism is described and in continuation while drawing a chart of different types of religious tourism, passion-play is studied as an Iranian national-religious display. Using SWOT technique the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and thereats of passion-play have been surveyed. After surveying the mutual effects of them on each other and analyzing them, finally 21 strategies proportional to them were extracted and arrayed. These strategies can further clarify the importance and origin of passion - play in Iran and its cultural and artistic values and objectives.

In today's modern and industrial world, tourism and taking advantage of natural attractions in original natural regions is more sensible. One of these natural attractions is beach and lake regions that attract many tourists all over the world. The Kaftar lake which has located in north of Fars province south of Eghlid has county is also one of these natural attractions, although many potentials regarding tourism industry, there has been no study to identify its potentials. The dominant approach in this research is developmental-applicable and research method is a combination of analytic, survey and causal method through using SWOT technique. We identify weaknesses, potentials, and the threats of tourism industry. The results from research show that the development of tourism in Kaftar lake has many setbacks that requires more attention of responsible and local people that is regarded as the approach to attract private and governmental investment from big cities around in order to foster hygiene-medical and accommodation infrastructures. Gaining a rate of 370 is regarded as the best approach of tourism development in Kaftar lake. At the end we provide the developmental approaches of KaftarLake in four immediate, short-term, middle-term, and long term phases.
