The situation of hospitals, especially in comparison to other urban and street network from one side of and population density on the other hand of urban residents has an important role in the physical and psychological comfort. In addition, hospitals can to determine radius of performance and jurisdiction to determine the optimal location for this function to be effective. This research aims to evaluate the location of the existing hospitals in the city is the best place to deploy them. The research method is descriptive-analytic. To collect the required data from field studies used. For collecting required information and data is used field studies and According to information obtained, To review the study area in terms of access to communication road, green space, away from industrial centers, military, and the fault, as well as for weighting the criteria, is used the AHP model. Then, using a decision model of TOPSIS in GIS software, valuation of criteria in the study area and mapping in accordance with the selection criteria, finally The Intersect map of the standards that represent the best place for construction of the hospital in this range are extracted. The results of integrating layers, Land area suitable for the area for service users – treatment Classified in seven categories which finally lands a great right and good for the construction of health centers were identified. Analytic Hierarchy Process Model AHP with GIS can be used as effective tool in site selection of hospitals.

Nowadays, while there are a number of definitions have been introduced for the concept of zoning, there is no general consensus due to different disciplines adopt this term. In the field of planning, the zoning is a conscious and contemplative process to detect homogenous areas by an authority to allocate certain kinds of resources to them. Therefore, the process of zoning is an essential task to allocate and monitor the development projects for different type of territories. In this article, zoning is took into consideration from the rural transportation point of view to find what would be the homogeneous zones of rural transportation for Iran? To answer this question, an in-depth spatial analysis through the Geographical Information System (GIS) is performed with regards to a descriptive-analytical method. Based on four main indices which are fully explored in the paper (i.e., access to the link road, distance to urban hierarchical levels, rural density and land use), five homogenous distinct zones for Iran is emerged. The resulted zones which are presented on a country map would be useful for future rural transportation planning in Iran.

Urban comprehensive plans, as the most significant instruments for systematically directing and coordinating cities, are considered the most apparent manifestations of modern urbanization in Iran. These plans have been used since the mid-1960s in response to spatial-structural deficiencies seen in cities in Iran. Despite almost half-a-century history of having urban development plans and the ups and downs faced for designing and implementing them, the Evaluation process, which is a management tool for realization of objectives and accomplishments of comprehensive plans, has not acquired its necessary position in the planning system yet.
Therefore, it could be said that the strengths and weaknesses of the urban development plans have not been scientifically identified and no feedback has been provided to the planning system. Therefore, the aforementioned shortcomings, resulting from the missing link of assessment in the country’s planning system, persist despite continuous efforts for designing different urban plans. Hence, in order to achieve a dynamic, constant, flexible system of planning those accords with realities, assessment of urban development plans is a necessary step which could not be ignored.
This article aims to investigate deficiencies of comprehensive urban plan in achieving their objectives and to assess the Implementation of such plan. It attempts to apply modern methods to assess comprehensive plans. In this method, Goal Achievement Method (GAM) is used along with tools of geographical information systems and per capita adaptation to adapted or non- adapted with location if physical fabric objectives.
Results obtained from this study indicate that expansion of cities all over the period has flown in the face of the proposed plan in different aspects, including urban boundary, directions of development, location of different uses, urban densities and the administration organization of plan has failed to match the expansion of the city with the proposed plan.

In the past decade we encountered the population growth of our country, resulted in demand growth. Perhaps there are not much service centers in this city, but the efficient distribution of these centers is important. One of the service centers which has a significant role on city and is safety insurance for human life, is firehouse center. Fast and on time access of firehouse vehicles to the accident location is very important, because on time access of vehicles to accident location results to lesser damage. On the other hand, this on time access to accident location is related to efficient distribution of firehouse centers. In order to evaluate the current situation of firehouse centers regarding fire accidents, the Noorabad city was chosen as the study issue, and by using GIS function, network analysis and multiage analyses of Thiessen, the current situation of Noorabad firehouse centers were studied. After recognizing the improper distribution of these centers using AHP model and index overlaps, the proper location of firehouse centers of Noorabad city was identified using GIS software. The current research method is descriptive-analytic. The required information of this research were collected from field observation, comprehensive design study and descriptive data of Noorabad city, 1.5000 maps of current situation and also field observation

Nowadays the industrial pollutions have destructive influences on biology environment and the life of their inhibitors. For reducing the destructive effects of these biological hits, the most effective and at the same time the simplest way is to improve the Green space and biology. The geographic information software by utilizing different analysis functions, allows the incorporation of spatial and non-spatial data and also the management and simultaneous analysis of them, thus it can be used as an instrument for city planners. In the Kazerun city that was studied in this article, the excessive lack of green space and un just distribution of that is highly sensed. This study searches for efficient distribution of Green space by using hierarchy analysis (AHP) and index overlap model (IO). To obtain this aim, by using the GIS software and after going through data collection stage, providing new data layers, sorting and valuating the layers and at last, weighing and data layers overlapping, we prioritize the Kazrun city lands for new Green space development. At last, we divided these lands to very good, good, medial, weak and very weak that after adapting this map to land facts, the very good and good land classes were chosen for Green space development (local or City Park). The current research method is descriptive-analytic. The required information of this research were collected from field observation, comprehensive design study and descriptive of Kazerun city, 1/2000 maps of current situation
