AbstractCities as a living environment play a significant role in creating satisfaction, they indeed shape human's lifestyle and determine their life quality. Regarding the quality of man-made environments not only encourages them to cooperate, but also induces a sense of satisfaction among individuals. Urban growth and rapid urban expansion have caused various crises in terms of urban life including environmental challenges and declining the quality of urban environs. Following increased urbanization in our country and rapid changing space for several reasons in terms of urban texture, the quality of urban environs has seriously declined. When it comes to environmental quality, the emphasis is still over construction and physical shape. The paper tends to measure and zone the physical environment quality of the middle texture of Tabriz city based on recent statistics and data. The research method is based on the objectives applying descriptive- analytical in terms of its methodology. During first steps of sample collection, we initially measure the quality of urban environment through field studies preparing and filling out some questionnaires. And in the second step, we apply softwares including: EXCEL, CHOICE, EXPERT to measure the data and finally apply ARC GIS to display the research findings. However the yields of central tissue zoning of Tabriz reflect that 5.77% of regional area is in an unfavorable condition, 19.38% favorable condition and 74.83% is in moderate utility status.

Local community support in tourism development is an important factor for community-based management and tourism marketing; and play a crucial role in developing tourism and, therefore, households’ livelihoods. The aim of this study is to evaluate the local community supporting of coastal tourism and its impact on sustainable livelihoods of border villages. This article, from objective point of view is functional type and its method is combined-like (qualitative and quantitative). A questionnaire is the data collection tool which is used. The statistical population consists of village households on coastal border areas of chabahar county (N=3441). 345 households was chosen by Cochran formula and by means of simple random sampling. To analyze the data, first we assessed amount of local peoples’ supporting of tourism, in the next step, to investigate the effects of each aspects of local communities supporting for tourism development we used path analysis, and Analysis of variance (ANOVA) to investigate linear relation between tourism development and sustainable livelihoods, and to evaluate the effects of tourism development on sustainable livelihoods, Cramer's V correlation coefficient was used. The findings showed the perceived benefits of tourism and the sense of place belonging are so important factors which affect the level of supporting of tourism development. Reviewing the findings of relationship between tourism development and sustainable livelihoods show that there is a statistically significant relationship between these two variances; and the greatest impact of tourism development is related to economic sustainability and the least impact of it is related to social sustainability. Therefore, it can be said that with counting local residents’ views and make them participate in decision-making and tourist management can develop tourism and this consequently leads to sustainable livelihoods of rural households.

The consequences of climate change in drought areas such as Iran, temporal and spatial changes are the distribution and concentration of rainfall, which can affect water resources. On the other hand, increasing the concentration of rainfall can causing hazards such as floods . The importance of the issue of distribution and concentration of rainfall has encouraged researchers to study in this regard. Concentration Index (CI) is a method which is used to study the distribution and concentration of rainfall. This study was performed to calculate and analyze 23 station daily precipitation concentration index in Northwest of Iran during 1951 to 2015. In this research range of CI values calculated between 0.57 for Khoy station to 0.67 for Maku station and average 0.61 for all station. CI map obtain from values Interpolation and showed that the Northwest part of the study area with Maku station depute, compared to other regions, especially in central areas such as Tabriz station is not uniformly distributed. Also Northwest area with an average of 0.61 compared with an average CI of Iran ( 0.64) is more evenly precipitation distributed throughout the year.

Reference evapotranspiration is one of the necessary parameters to determine crop water requirements and irrigation planning. Having accurate estimates of this parameter is essential for planning and managing of water resources. Several experimental models have been proposed to estimate evapotranspiration. According to the spatial variability of climatic parameters, using remote sensing method that considers these changes is very favorable. Among the most widely used models that accurately estimate evapotranspiration using remote sensing, can be mentioned wavelet model. In this regard, the purpose of present study is to evaluate the accuracy of wavelet models to estimate the reference evapotranspiration using parameters derived from satellite images contains the Earth's surface temperature and amount of water vapor in the atmosphere. In this study, used atmospheric and satellite images data of four station contains Anar, Kerman, Rafsanjan and Shahrebabak to develop and evaluate wavelet models. In the first scenario, temperature, in the second scenario, atmosphere water vapor parameter and in third scenario, both parameters simultaneously was used as the model input. Results of this study showed that despite the high accuracy of models in different scenarios, the wavelet model use two-parameters, temperature and steam simultaneously (third scenario), with a coefficient of 90% compared to other models had the more accurate.

Considering the importance of drinking water in the rural areas, identifying and paying more attention to the factors concerning wasteful and improper consumption of water would be an appropriate approach to pinpoint the hazardous risks in this regard. This article, investigates the status of drinking water in Tabriz villages and identifies the effective factors on water consumption and also determines the weight impact of each one. Finally it prioritizes the factors and provides strategies for optimal management of drinking water consumption in the villages of the county. The results obtained from the field treatment information with 1320 questionnaires filled by the consumers, 28 experts, 44 villages in addition with undergoing factor analysis and cluster analysis suggest that elements such as management, cultural, health, welfare, technological, legal, economical, psychological, and social factors . are among the most important ones behind the improper consumption of drinking water. According to the analysis model, after identifying the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities, four strategies are recommended. These are 15 defensive strategies, 8 competitive strategies, 23 review strategies and 14 diversity strategies. Furthermore, the content an face validity of the research tool used for this research was reviewed and confirmed by professional the reliability of questionnaires was also confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha in the preliminary study with a sample size of 82 individuals and value of 0/71. The various internal and external weaknesses and threats, reasons and causes of wasteful consumption in the field of water consumption are far more than of its internal and external strengths and opportunities. This indicates the low threshold of vulnerability of this city in terms of regional development in the area of drinking water therefore it is necessary to exploit defensive and review strategies to address the issues of the weaknesses and threatening risks of the region

One of the most devastating phenomena of meteorology which varies extensively in spatial and temporal extent and manifests itself at various scales, is thunderstorms. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze such destructive storms over a period of 25 years (1986-2010) at the synoptic station of Kermanshah. The data used in this research includes daily rainfall data and codes related to meteorological phenomena, dry temperature, dew point, relative humidity, wind direction and wind speed for calculation of instability indices, geopotential height parameters, specific humidity, vertical velocity, and zonal and meridional components. The results showed that during the statistical period of the study, three extreme thunderstorms occurred in the study area during the statistical period of 25 years. The study of instability indices indicates that these indices are in the strong and suitable category for the occurrence of thunderstorm phenomenon; in addition, the dynamics of the atmosphere at the time of the occurrence of this phenomenon indicates the presence of a very deep trough and negative abnormalities in the west of the studied region and positioning of the left half of the Jetstream of levels of 500 and 850 millimeters on the studied area. Following this phenomenon, the thunderstorm intensely affected the region by its destructive effects with the formation of clouds of cumulus and lightning, and finally, heavy rainfall. However, it should be mentioned that for two cases, that is, the phenomenon of February 4, 2007 and December 12, 1991, they experience a more unstable climate due to the average circulation patterns compared to the other identified case, i.e. the phenomenon of April 17, 1991.

Atmospheric circulation is a fundamental factor in determining the climatic conditions of every region (Mofidi and Zarrin, 1391). Therefore, the climate framework of every location is based on large-scale systems. One of the most obvious and permanent tropical landscapes along the northern and southern tropical hemisphere as cores of high-pressure centers or high-altitude bands is called the "tropical high-pressure" system. The subtropical high-pressure cores are known in various areas under various names (such as high-pressure azure, high-pressure Saudi, etc.). For example, Mason and Anderson (1963) define the most intense and permanent anticyclone as the Asian Anticyclone studying the two levels of 100 and 50 hPa and by investigating daily weather-condition maps during 1957-59. Since the spatial-temporal variance and intensity change of this system causes anomalies in regional and global circulation and consequently climatic anomalies, therefore, due to the geographical location of Iran relative to the climate of the above system, the spatial variations of this system have significant effects on Iran.

Satellite images as new tools, provide new dimensions for land monitoring. In this study, in order to determine the homogeneous geographical areas in terms of leaf area, the remote sensing images of the Terra-Aqua Modis during the period of 2002-2016 with a spatial resolution of one kilometer and 8 days’ time interval used.Leaf area was Zoning and analysis using the Matlab software and the Google Earth database. For this purpose, first, the mosaic and determination of the territory of Iran in the satellite data set of the Modis was determined. Then, a database in the field of cluster analysis, choropleth zoning created. Long-term mean temperature and precipitation data were also used in order to better understand the range of the leaf area. According to this analysis, 39.9 percent of Iran's vast vegetation is governed. The four zones identified in the country are the large, massive, moderate, and narrow areas. These four domains are respectively 0.89, 0.001, 3.31, and 35.76 of the land. The results showed that in all studied areas, the leaf area had a higher percentage during The warm period of the year due to the high temperature in this period and the presence of precipitation in the early cold season. The northern slopes of the Alborz, Hyrcanian forests, Golestan forests, Arasbaran forests are areas where there are different regions in all zones. In addition to forests, the areas identified for each generally include fields.

Large-scale circulation patterns are controlling climatic conditions and especially precipitation of the area. The purpose of the study is investigating the relationship between circulation patterns of Arabian subtropical anticyclone and Iran precipitation. For this reason, was used re-analysis data of geo-potential height form European Center for Medium-Range Weather forecasts (ECMWF), with spatial resolution of 1*1 degree and correlation distance cluster analysis. Circulation patterns at 30 to 80 degrees the East longitudes and5 to 30degrees north latitudes and the period of11years (2000- 2010) was calculated. The results showed that the patterns in terms of occurrence were divided the patterns of the cold period, the warm period and the transition period. During the cold period anticyclone is located at down latitudes on the Arabian sea and Gulf of Aden and have precipitation more areas of Iran that maximum amount of precipitation is related to the second pattern. In the patterns of transition period Arabian anticyclone sent a southwest clockwise current in to the trough East Mediterranean is effective in the occurrence of precipitation in the area of North and Northwest of the country. In the patterns warm period the anticyclone caused the anticyclone conditions on country and has been as a barrier to entry precipitation systems.

Air pollution is one of the most important of the metropolises of Iran. The problems are become to one of the most important obsessions of the diplomats that cause climate conditions change in global, territorial and local scale. In order to management and pollution decline planning is required the congition of the mutual relation between pollution emission level and economic pollution decline of the different activities. The aim of this study is energy consumption and production growth impact investigate on co2 emission in economic different parts of Iran (such as Industry, agriculture, transportation services , oil) over the period 1996 2014 by using a SUR model. The result show that the energy consumption has a positive relation with co2 emission and energy consumption in different parts hasn't equal effect on pollution. according to SUR calculation there is a reverse N relation between pollution and productions growth in economic parts. Nonetheless co2 emission of GDP can be introduced as verse U Because totally GDP left side is very little . reverse N curve significants environment destruction starts to decrease again after increasing in Particular level. Because of there is a Kuznets curve reverse U in Environmental Kuznets curve reverse N. we have been investigated if there is N curve for co2 in different Parts?
