Today, cities are facing many economic, social, environmental and physical challenges. Based on this, livability is one of the most important recent concepts and theories in urban planning, which leads us to having a city that is suitable for living. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to compare the livability of urban spaces in new and old areas of Tabriz city, a case study of Ahrab and Valiasr neighborhoods. In terms of nature, the current research is of the type of applied research; And in terms of analytical-descriptive method. In this research, the factors affecting urban livability in the studied localities have been investigated in the spatial dimension through studies, and then criteria have been determined in 6 dimensions including housing, per capita, accessibility, environment, infrastructure and population. After determining the criteria, the development and construction (comprehensive) plan of Tabriz city, the statistical yearbook of the country, the statistical yearbook of East Azarbaijan province, the statistical blocks of Tabriz city, Landsat 9 satellite images and the data of the chemistry laboratory of Tabriz University have been used to obtain information layers. In the next step, the collected data were analyzed using ArcGIS software and the results were presented in the form of maps and tables. The findings of the research showed that the level of livability indicators in the two neighborhoods do not differ much, except in some cases, according to the criteria, in the end, the TOPSIS technique was used for weighting and final conclusions, and the results show that Valiasr neighborhood with a weight of 0.59 The percentage is more livable than Ahrab neighborhood with a weight of 0.41%.

For Iranian citizens traveling to turkey without visa is possible and the main reasons of Iranian citizens for traveling to Turkey are; resting, leisure time, enjoying various attractions like sea side, cultural, trading especially buying clothes and etc. The tourism industry is one of the main driving forces of Turkish economy. The increase and decrease of traveler to turkey depends on various factors in both national and international levels. This article wants to forecast the amount of Iranian tourist which traveling to Turkey by using the Artificial Neural Network; (ANN). On the other hand, the present article attempts to attend to explore the importance of used variables in tourism demand to Turkey. The variables effects on Iranians’ tourism demand were extracted by exploring the literature review, and the present research just utilized 13 variables for forecasting the tourism demand. The results of the research showed that accessed estimates had less error in comparison with real data. According to present research, four important variables effect on tourism demand of Iranian citizens are the daily crude oil producing in Iran, inflation volume in Iran, gross domestic product in Turkey, gross domestic product for working people in Iran.

Housing as a heterogeneous product, lasting, immovable and assigning is the main part of family budget. In other words, the housing as one of the main goods not only contains use value in its nature but also is considered as an investment in which selection of the price has main role. Therefore this article attempts to explore the affecting variables on housing prices in the Sahand new town. The research method is correlation test and the use of hedonic function. The results showed that the factors like lot size and building area, number of floors and the number of apartment in per floor among the physical and spatial factors’ distance to nearby park and green space, distance to nearby shopping center have the highest effect on housing price. The correlation analyses used were Spearman and Kendal methods. These analyses only used for spatial factors. Results showed that there was straight correlation between the price and nearby mosques, which means the price arises when it is far away from the mosque.
