Tourism today is one of the most important and effective economic issues and of the important factors of Outstanding communication, social and cultural in the worldwide is considered. In fact, the expansion of the economic, health, security and communication infrastructure in the twenty-first century has made tourism an inevitable reality in human life (Saghaei and Alizadeh, 2013: 2). Hence, tourism is one of the key industries in any society that can attract planners attention, Because it affects many sectors of society, including the economic, cultural and environmental sectors. On the other, The large volume of travel in recent years has made tourism one of the largest industries in the world (Kazemi et al, 2012: 48), So that the income of tourism and tourist With transportation of passengers in about 17 percent of total world exports make up. Given the growing importance of tourism in today's world and the competitiveness of the tourism market around the world, Tourist destinations are increasingly competing with each other to attract tourists. The expansion of the tourism industry in every part of the world requires special conditions and conditions such as climate, ancient artifacts, natural attractions, traditions, infrastructure, facilities and equipment (Pourahmad et al, 2013: 2). So each of the tourist destinations should try to increase their share of the industry and its revenues. On the other hand, On the other hand, Should be noted in today's competitive world, The first trip to a tourist destination It does not mean the success of tourism destination, It is also a repetition of the trip to the tourist destinations and the introduction and promotion of it for potential tourists, which can serve the purpose of tourism in the long run. Hence, loyalty to the destination of tourism and its influential factors play a significant role in their long-term success. Therefore, efforts should be Loyalty to the destination of tourism and the factors that create this loyalty are identified and strengthened. Given the importance of brand loyalty to tourism destinations, The present study aims to investigate the factors affecting the loyalty of tourists to the tourism destination of Tabriz. Emission reduction of carbon dioxide and its impact on global warming process is one of the most important results in the use of renewable energy sources. In urban areas, solar systems stationed on building roofs are the most appropriate utilization method of stable source of solar energy. Urban compactness is a major urban form parameter that affects the accessibility of solar renewable energy in the built environment, so it is essential that the effects of urban compactness on buildings utilization of solar energy, be surveyed. The aim of this study is the evaluation of solar energy potential in urban areas and determination of the relation between urban compactness indicators and solar energy potential in the local scale. In this study, the annual solar radiation modeling for each of the building surfaces of the study area, over one year period, was performed using the Solar Analyst model. On the other hand, the relation between various compactness indicators including site coverage, plot ratio, volume-area ratio, Entropy, population density and building density with Annual solar radiation received by the study area was explored and using least squares regression model, the relationship between the solar radiation and urban compactness indicators was determined. Also potential of using two types of active solar systems including Building Integrated Photovoltaic Systems (PV) and Solar Thermal Collectors (STC) was evaluated. According to the results, the annual solar irradiation increase from 507 (in compression areas) to 741 (in scattered areas) Kilowatt hours per square meter. Volume-area ratio shows the highest determination coefficient, R2 equal to 0/805 with annual solar radiation. Also in the study area, the building roofs potential for the development of PV systems much more than STC systems, influenced by the degree of urban compactness.

This study was performed to investigate the influence of different types of tourism in Aras Free Zone (AFZ). The tool of this research is questioner that data were collected by simple random sampling from 70 tourists and it have been analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results indicate that there is the correlation between ecotourism and historical tourism. In the other words, an increase in historical tourism increases the ecotourism and vice versa. For increase, historical tourism must increase satisfaction of historical attractions of "Chopan churches", "Caravanserai of KhwajaNazar". For increase, the ecotourism must increase satisfaction of the natural attractions of the "Aras", "Mill Ruins", Villages Ashtbyn", "Plain Gordian" and "Plain Aynalo". The increase of satisfaction of tourists of village "Ashtbyn", satisfaction of tourists from "Holy Muhammad Agha" increases. The only factor affecting the on trade tourism is the satisfaction of variety of goods or in other words to increase the satisfaction of trade tourism must increase the variety of goods. Therefore, restoration of historic and religious buildings and development projects, business tourism, natural and historical and policies encouraging exports and imports in Aras Free Zone is proposed

Evaluation of climate comfort and the suitable days for recreational walking in urban areas is a significant aspect of successful planning aimed at promoting the urban tourism industry. Khuzestan is a vast province in Iran with very high tourism potentials as well as climatic variety, and can be regarded as a tourism pole in Iran. This study aims to use the Equivalent Physiological Model for determining the number of climate comfort days in Khuzestan Province. To this end, the mean values of the daily data provided by eight synoptic meteorological stations during a ten year period (2000-2009) were used. Four meteorological factors were considered: dry air temperature, relative humidity, cloudiness, and wind velocity. The following cities were studied: Abadan, Ahvaz, Behbahan, Dezful, Iezeh, Masjed-e Soleiman, Ramhormoz, and Shustar. Upon feeding the mean data obtained for these cities to Rayman, the number of climatically suitable days for recreational walking in each city were determined. Upon taking into account the periods with negligible high- and low-temperature stresses, the output obtained from the computer model indicated that Iezeh with 168 climate comfort days was the most suitable city for accomodating tourists; followed by Masjed Soleiman (139 days), Ahvaz (130 days), Shushtar and Abadan (128 days), Behbahan (124 days), Ramhormoz (119 days), and Dezful (116 days). The results also showed that between late November and late March, Khuzestan Province would generally provide climatically favorable conditions for the visiting tourists.

Tourism industry is divided in several forms which one of its branches is Agritourism. Agricultural tourism as one of the successful recreational activities has become a suitable alternative for development of rural and undeveloped areas. Identification of tourism susceptible areas is one of the main prerequisites for tourism planning and development. Mahallat township enjoys leading and great attractions include farms and gardens of flower and plant breeding, festival of flower and plant, garden alleys and so on which can make suitable grounds for tourism development. Planning and developing of agritourism in Mahalat township require attention to various aspects of it which tourists satisfaction is the most important one. This study aim to identify affecting factors on agritouists satisfaction level in Mahalat Township which has visited tourism attractions in Shahrivar month. This research is descriptive- analytical and applied one. In this study due to lack of available statistics about tourists, estimated method have been used for determining the sample size and 153 questionnaires were distributed among the visitors at the specific time. To analyze data factor analysis were used. Factor analysis results showed that the highest satisfaction of agritourists belong to agritourism attractions and it’s components such as exhibition and the festival of flowers and plants, garden alleys, farms and gardens of flower and plants breeding, natural landscapes, climate and historical attractions and services factors and it’s components which totally explain 45 percent of variables variance. The lowest agritourists satisfaction belong to advertising and its components as well as infrastructural factor which explain 11 percent of variables variance. Investing in infrastructure supplies and advertising can make positive effect on development of flower and plant tourism in Mahallat township, so it is suggested to focus on said criteria in tourism development plans.

Abstract Today, tourism development as a profitable activity, in the countries planning, is in priority. But tourism development is needed to infrastructure development. usually in third world countries, focusing tourism infrastructure in major cities and provincial capitals, lads to tourism development in big cities, and towns, even villages with high potential which have little interest from its advantages. So identifying development level of cities, in terms of tourism infrastructure can be efficient method to planning for less developed regions. This research method is descriptive-analytical, trying to analyze tourism infrastructure in the cities of west azerbaijan province. To this purpose, 14 variables were selected in the field of tourism infrastructure using factor analysis techniques have been analyzed with SPSS software. Variables declined two influenced factors and finally cities were ranked by resulting scores of combined index, then development levels for each city was identified. The results indicate that, Urmia city in terms of having the infrastructure is in priority, Khoy city is second, and cities of showt and poldasht have been ranked in the Sixteenth and Seventeenth. This Fact indicated that, there is heterogeneity in this province. So that, Urmia city is as quite developed and the city of Khoy and Sardasht, developed and cities of Chaldoran, maku, Mahabad, Salamas, Miandoab, Nagadeh and Bukan are developing, while other cities are underdeveloped. According to change global approach of protected areas management plan in relation to tourist attraction in order to fund this areas, the aim of this study was to determine the Outdoor Recreation value of Saint Stephanus church one of the famous churches of Marakan Protected Area thatlocated in boarder between East and West Azerbaijan Province. Estimating the outdoor recreation value of this church can be effective in foresighting the needs, eliminating the shortages, and developing of tourism. The objectives of this study were to estimate outdoor recreation Value of Saint Stephanus Church with Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and separation of influential factors on visitors' willingness to pay (WTP) using Heckman two-stage model. Required data was gathered through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with 321 visitors of the church in 2013. Results showed that 52% of the visitors were willing to pay money for visiting the church. Variables of income, education levels, family size, and sexuality were effective in visitors' WTP acceptance, and variables of income, family size, education level, age and the Visitor satisfaction from amenities were effective in the rates of WTP. The average of WTP and the annual outdoor recreation value of Saint Stephanus Church was estimated at about 2445 Rials and 317 million Rials, respectively. Therefore, with respect to the great importance and value of Saint Stephanus Church from the view point of visitors, will required that planners to have more attention to this area for tourism development and increasing the number of tourists with increasing facilities and the financing of Marakan protected area and other protected areas.
