Suitable climate is a natural resource and economic wealth for tourism. It also can be considered as an element which provides some attractions for tourists and thereby can increase the number of tourists and satisfaction. All climate elements are involved in the health, comfort, entertainment and tourist attraction, but some elements such as temperature, relative humidity, sunshine and wind are more important which were studied in this article to indicate the effect of thermal comfort in Tourism attraction in the cities of the Sabalan hillside, which due to their geographical position can be considered as a valuable potential for the development of tourism. This research was a descriptive – analytic one and data collection was done through a library method. In this study, the data and climatic data were collected during the period of 1981-2010 to study the tourism potentials in the Sabalan region. Tourism climate index TCI (Mieczkowski) was used to analyze the data, this index shows climate Tourism for each month of the year in the form of numerical and descriptive index. The results showed that the months of June, July, August and September due to providing best welfare conditions for tourism were the ideal ones. The months of January, February, March, April, November and December had low importance and were in acceptable level but were not so good for tourists. The months of May and October had average conditions for tourism activities. Overall, the best months of the year, June and September and worst months were December, January and February for tourism activities in the cities of the Sabalan hillside.

In this study, non-parametric Mann-Kendall test was used to analyze the trend of monthly mean minimum temperature in the Northwest of Iran. For this purpose, the data from 35 synoptic stations in the cold part of year including November, December and January-to-April have been used in the period of 24 years (1987-2010). Kriging interpolation method was used to obtain spatial distribution of mean minimum temperature over study area. The results showed that the minimum temperature in most parts of study area is rising so that in the months of February, March and December respectively in 22, 19 and 17 stations of the 35 stations were determined an increasing trend. While only in April, at 6 weather stations decreased and this parameter is relatively stable in November and January. Spatial distribution of monthly mean minimum temperature indicated that this element is lower in the mountainous parts of study area (including Northwest and Southeast) and whiles in lowlands (including Northeast and Southwest parts), is higher than its regional average. It was also found that regional minimum temperature and its trend in the Northwest of Iran Does not have the same characteristics in different months, so that this parameter in January and in April increased and decreased in November and December. Finally, in November and December minimum temperature has not substantially changed.

Accurate estimation of watershed runoff has a crucial role in its management. Until now many researchers used different models such as integrated and distributed models, and also artificial intelligent methods to estimate basin runoff. For this purpose in this study for estimation the runoff of Bara-Ariye basin with an area of 112 km2 and average annual rainfall of 306.72mm, two different models namely WetSpa and artificial neural network (ANN) were used. To run of the WetSpa model two categories of information, including raster maps and metrological data and for ANN model only meteorological data were used. The 5 years data were used to simulation runoff of Bara-Ariye basin. The statistical parameters such as correlation coefficient (R2), the square of the standard error of the mean (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) were used for comparison results of two models. The results indicated that the WetSpa model with R2 and RMSE equal to 0.920 and 0.346 m3/s and also ANN model with R2 and RMSE equal to 0.959 and 0.310 m3/s have the ability to simulate runoff of Bara Ariye River. Also using neural network model reduced the error estimation of watershed runoff 11.6% compared with the WetSpa model.

The aim of current study are numerical simulation of the role of the Urmia Lake in climatic parameters in surrounding areas of the Lake. For analysis of climatic impacts of the Lake in Northwestern Iran the synoptic data in 5 station in the west and east of the lake were used. For simulation of the impacts of Urmia Lake in mean temperature and precipitation in surrounding areas the Regional Climate Model (RegCM4) and TAPM model and two time series years include 2003 and 2006 have been used. Then by using the models outputs and observed data performance, the models have been calibrated. For modeling the impacts of the Urmia Lake in climatic elements in surrounding areas, two scenarios were considered. First: Existence of the lake at it’s the maximum extent; two: Aquatic body of Urmia lake removed and substituted by an area having coverage of gravel and sand with a texture of loam and also desert. The results of this study indicate that the RegCM model has a good performance than TAPM in simulation of temperature and precipitation in the North West of Iran. By changing the Lake landuse, precipitation of the region will decrease which in spring is more than other seasons. Another impact of landuse change in northwest of Iran is change in mean temperature. This parameter in cold period of year will decrease and in warm period will increase.

In this research, effect of environmental forcing like topography, direction and sharpness of slope, shape and trend of topography on wind regime formation have been studied in mountainous stations of gilan. The regime of mountainous winds has major effects on the air conditions in mountain regions. This research had been done using hourly data of wind speed and wind direction and also analysis and fitness of topography conditions with theoretical fundamental of research. So it was observed that Masouleh station is one of the best mountains stations in the subject of mountains climatology. Suitable location of this station in the middle slope caused to affected region by upslope wind and down slope wind (katabatic and anabatic winds). Location of Deylaman station on southern slopes of Alborz Mountains had important effect on wind speed decreasing. Wind occurrence mechanism is Mountain wind type along vallay in Deylaman station. Secondary dominant wind was north-northwest thus daily and seasonal behaviors of wind and location of Caspian Sea and Alborz Mountain represent affecting the region by sea-land breeze system. Jirandeh station’s behavior is as an exclusive mountainous station that indicated deep combination but imperceptible influence of the mountain on atmospheric phenomena in Mountains range. Position of station on southern slope provided appropriate conditions to form slope wind occurrence in this region. However stretching of Totkabon- siahrood valley as a wide valley that is branching of sefidrood valley provided appropriate conditions to influx sea-breeze wind. This condition caused destruction of local mountain wind effects during day and night.

Spatial patterns of migration in different periods to take a different spatial forms, in a particular time and place so that cities can immigration / high transmittable experience. Unbalanced patterns of immigration and settlement concentrated around particular it usually has important economic, social and political activities are leading to the formation of the spatial arrangement is different from other areas. This paper aims to identify spatial patterns of migration between city and country in 1385 and 1390 and to identify the characteristics and spatial patterns of dominant done. The research method used is descriptive analysis and data on population and housing census used different techniques have been used for analysis. The results show that the municipalities located in the border areas that are geographically on the periphery of the country has a high origin and the majority of the host city at the center of the country. The area is also the largest area of the country (61 percent of the country) in the city that have high immigration (95 city). 80 city high that only 3% of the area of origin into account. Other city had the lowest dynamics of immigration (78 city). These findings suggest that the center-periphery relations in the country is still in need of policy to achieve regional balance in the country''s planning system.

Following the Iranian government's increasing attention to health care issues, a competitive business environment has been enhanced. This has led to increasing in importance of quality of health care service and levels of customer expectation from health care organizations as a consequence of improve of living standards in Iran. Finding a proper location to establish a new healthcare facility is one of the strategic decisions of managing health care facilities. Aforementioned decision could have a long-term impact on the performance of the health care facilities. Multiple criteria such as governmental requirements, business and competitive factors should be considered concurrently in the facility location decision. In this paper, facility location criteria for a new hospital in Tehran, Mashhad, and Tabriz cities based on the Delphi method and the Porter Diamond Competition Model have been determined. According to the nature of the problem, the analytical network process has been adopted to find the best location via considering a relationship between decision making criteria. Obtained results indicate a selection of Tehran as a best location for establishing a new hospital with a rank of 0.722. The other alternatives include Mashhad and Tabriz are standing in the next positions of the ranking without significant difference with ranks of 0.527 and 0.517, respectively. Infrastructure development and potential tourism opportunities usage are recommended based on the obtained results as a solution to improve the competitive position of Mashhad and Tabriz versus Tehran.

Urban population growth and increasing demand for housing and services in the cities of the country has forced the need for physical development of cities this development in recent decades has been more of external development, and the provision of services and housing has been following by adding to the city's area, that has caused to urban sprawl and deterioration of surroundings and neighboring gardens and agricultures. While that infill development and particularly redevelopment and utilization of land as effective approaches can be considered in reducing damage to the environment and realization of sustainable development of cities. In this regard the aim of this research is to develop a model to identify lands with redevelopment capability and use it to the city of Arak as an example. Therefore, this research tries to answer these questions that how to identify the lands with redevelopment capability? And what are these areas in Arak? For this purpose, an innovative algorithm to identify lands with destruction and redevelopment capability is designed, that urban parts are evaluated on the basis of 8 criteria, construction quality, age of Construction, small lot, permeability, land's price, sponsorship rate, ratio of migration and access to green space. This innovative algorithm has been implemented for example in the city of Arak. The results show that innovative algorithm has nice capability in combination with GIS software and can be used to identify the lands with destruction and redevelopment capability. Also using this algorithm in Arak city lead to identify 4187 pieces with redevelopment capability which has an area of 85.8 hectares and can be used to realization of infill development in Arak city.
