Urban growth in itself is a rogue character. We need to harness and guide urban development policy is a great responsibility, because on the one hand and, on the other hand led to eliminate troubles and the emergence of rational longevity of buildings of particular abnormalities that prevent physical dimensions .The study area in the city Sardroud research and analytical research method - comparative data and information needed in the form of documentary and field has been prepared. The analysis of the quantitative data relative entropy, Gary coefficient, the Gini coefficient Moran used to measure the results of spatial models - physical indicators of the form in which the unipolar model of random accumulation of urban distribution and is gone and values in 1378 and 1390 contracts respectively: (a relative entropy = 0.85, Ginny = 0.35, Moran = 0.03, Gray = 0.05) and (relative entropy = 0.91, Ginny = 0.36, Moran = 0.01, Gray = 1.99). In total, these values show that the city has gone to the dispersion pattern and causes the loss of farmland and gardens in the city so that the Sardroud in 1378, while the share of orchards and agricultural land was 65.2percent of the land in 1390 to 26.35percent and consequently the spatial and physical structure of the city has changed over time.

Site selection for landfill is an important issue for planning and management of solid waste materials on the metropolitan cities. In order to prevention of environmental, ecological and economical impacts of waste material, investigations for selection of suitable site should be done in a scientific trend. Nowadays multi-criteria decision analysis methods and GIS systems are widely using for environmental planning.Shahindezh city with 35 tones daily waste material production is facing with environmental, social and healthy problems. In this research, in roder to selection of suitable site for landfill of Shahindezh city, some important criteria including hydrogeology, hydrogeology, litology, land use, vegetables developing, soil condition, topography, transmission lines, distance from city and main roads and faults are considered. After making pair-wise comparison matrix for the criteria, the weight of information layers determined by using of Expert Choice11 software in the GIS media based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Therefore the appropriate zones for landfill of Shahindezh city are divided into four categories according to the location potential from completely suitable to completely unsuitable. As a result 6 areas are selected and subjected to visiting and filed investigations. In term of site visit, three areas are determined as proper locations. The selected areas are compared to each other based on similarity to the ideal choice by using TOPSIS method. Finally area no. 2 located in the west of Shahindezh (in the north of the upper Sarojeh village) was introduced as the best area for landfill site of this city.

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal size of the metropolises of Iran during the years 2006-2015, by using the surplus function, based on the presence of the government as a provider of public goods and services. To do so, using the total surplus function approach which is defined by the difference between the total income and the total expenditure of the households working and living in the large cities, the optimal size of the metropolises of Iran is estimated. Findings of research show that the total benefits and total costs increase as population of cites increases. The coefficient of population in the household expenditure function is very close to the coefficient of population in total cost function, this means that the expenditure of household in the metropolises of Iran is increasing. The greater the coefficient of population in benefit cost function Than the coefficient of population in total cost function indicates that people living in cities benefit from urban interests, which is the same increase in income and do not participate in paying social costs and this has caused that the size of the metropolises of Iran exceed its optimum level.

In order to achieve electronic city, a city should reach a suitable degree in electronic readiness. The aim of this study is consideration and examination of Tabriz metropolis in order to establishment of electronic city. Statistical population of the research is the citizens of four regions in Tabriz metropolis. These regions differ in geographic characteristics and include city's central business district (region 8), inner- city texture (region 3), informal textures (region 7) and urban planned textures (region 5). The aim is to recognize differences among these regions in electronic readiness components. To this end, according to these regions population, the sample size was determined 383 individuals using Cochran formula. Then, using quota sampling, depending on population of each region, the proportion of each region from sample size was determined. Using Cronbach's alpha, reliability of questionnaire was estimated at .76. The method of this research is descriptive- analytical and required data was collected using library and field studies (questionnaire). Based on CID model, the components of the research were classified into 5 groups. In order to analysis of data, one sample T test and Kruskal Wallis has been used. The results show that based on T test in all regions the mean is greater than threshold value (2) and the p-value (0.000) is quite small (less than the common -level of 0.05). So, studied regions are in a suitable situation in terms of electronic readiness. In order to illustrate differences between the regions, Kruskal Wallis was used. Based on this test, there is a significant difference among regions in electronic access, electronic society, electronic economy and electronic policy. Just, there is not a significant difference in electronic education among 4 regions.

The rapid growth of Kerman in recent decades with modernism thinking has caused the formation of new and marginal neighborhoods, for many reasons old neighborhoods have been converted to inefficient fabrics that their quality is not suitable for citizens' life. New Urbanism has confirmed new approaches with compact, mixed-use, walkable, and relatively self-contained communities by relying on historic lessons from the most beautiful and successful cities. This study aims to determine the compatibility of New Urbanism principles in the traditional, middle and new fabric neighborhoods of Kerman to increase their quality of life. The present study is applicable, and it utilizes descriptive, comparative and surveying methods. Data collection is gathered from the desk and field studies. GIS analytical functions and statistical methods are used to determine the degree of compatibility. The studied indicators are divided into three categories of transportation, physical and historical, and in seven principles, then they are evaluated by the four-level spectrum. According to research results, the indicators show a significant difference in the use of new urbanism principles in various neighborhoods formed in different periods of Kerman development. Mozafari historical neighborhood (with Bazar) and the new one Hoshang-Moradi with the geometric meaning of 3.03 and 1.81, respectively, have the highest and the least adaptation with the new urbanism principles. Also, the highest and lowest compatibility in the studied neighborhoods is related to connectivity and housing diversity principles. New neighborhoods concerning physical principles; and old neighborhoods concerning historical and transportation principles are more compatible with new urbanism. Average of compatibility in Hoshang-Moradi neighborhood in physical principle is 3.56 and in Mozafari neighborhood in principles of historical and transportation is 3.67 and 4. Due to the relative compatibility of the neighborhoods with the new urbanism principles, its guidelines can be used to improve their quality of life.

"Today, one of the most important destinations that are considered in tourism is the towns and villages which are a form of development of tourism in the various dimensions of nature tourism, cultural tourism and special tourism in these areas, and these destinations, unlike other natural tourism destinations Of the human population and this fact doubles the importance of the capacity of the tourism board (Hall et al., 1998: 327).”Therefore, it should be noted that in these areas, if tourism does not move in line with sustainable development goals and programs, a form of tourism development will occur in these areas, which will lead to destruction of the natural and human environments of these cities and decrease the capacity of the ward these points (Garrigo et al., 2004: 21). Nowadays, due to the complexity of the nature of cities and the vast economic, social and political networks that govern it, urban tourism faces major challenges (Haiydari Chianeh, 2008). Hence, the carrying capacity of the board for the whole environment, whether natural or abnormal, is to a certain degree of loading or level of use. Passing through this level and threshold will lead to destruction and damage in different scales and will reduce the level of satisfaction of the visitors (Makhdoum, 1998; Makhdoum, 1373, Hovinen, 1982; Chamberlain, 1997; Clark, 1997; Buckley, 1999). The nature of the region and the quality of the environment play a very important role in promoting the tourism product, and most tourism destinations have realized that competition in sustainable tourism is unimportant (Garrigo, 2004). Butler In 1993 defined sustainable tourism as a type of tourism that could continue in an environment indefinitely which can continue in an environment of unlimited duration and do not harm the environment in a humane and natural way and to the extent that it does not harm the development of other activities and social processes. The determine the carrying capacity for all recreational resources (both human and natural) not only upholding their potential, especially in natural areas, but also an important factor in providing a recreational experience for visitors is acceptable. "The determination of the capacity of the battle requires the analysis of each area and activity intended to identify and determine the levels of use that are available to the host society and recreational areas and visitors to a relatively good and enforceable level. Generally, the capacity of the board is determined by a variety of recreational activities, ecological characteristics and socio-economic impacts (Nohorli and Rezaei, 2002: 103). The estimated carrying capacity dynamic process and using feedback to deliver integrated strain in the ecosystem works (Worboys et al., 2005). With an overview of the study area, the Kalibar seen, given the growing trend towards receive tourists, acceptance and tourists, regardless of the carrying capacity of the area and the minimum measures to control tourists to the area thought not. If the necessary measures are not taken into account, considering the different socioeconomic and ecological conditions of the area and the determination of the resources available for optimal utilization, one should expect the destruction of this area as soon as possible.

Cities as a living environment play a significant role in creating satisfaction, they indeed shape human's lifestyle and determine their life quality. Regarding the quality of man-made environments not only encourages them to cooperate, but also induces a sense of satisfaction among individuals. Urban growth and rapid urban expansion have caused various crises in terms of urban life including environmental challenges and declining the quality of urban environs. Following increased urbanization in our country and rapid changing space for several reasons in terms of urban texture, the quality of urban environs has seriously declined. When it comes to environmental quality, the emphasis is still over construction and physical shape. The paper tends to measure and zone the physical environment quality of the middle texture of Tabriz city based on recent statistics and data. The research method is based on the objectives applying descriptive- analytical in terms of its methodology. During first steps of sample collection, we initially measure the quality of urban environment through field studies preparing and filling out some questionnaires. And in the second step, we apply softwares including: EXCEL, CHOICE, EXPERT to measure the data and finally apply ARC GIS to display the research findings. However the yields of central tissue zoning of Tabriz reflect that 5.77% of regional area is in an unfavorable condition, 19.38% favorable condition and 74.83% is in moderate utility status.

The necessity of discussing identity comes from the fact that having a definition of self is essential for every human being and human being feel self-confident by identity. So far, the concept of identity has been explored from a variety of dimensions, such as national, religious, ethnic, racial, sexual, spatial, identity and so on. But a new concept of identity, which is the same urban identity, has, in recent years, become independent of identity issues. Urban growth seems to have convinced different scholars of various sciences to make urban identity more precise. Although this has been a concern for geographers and urban planners and environmental psychologists over the decades, a broad movement has started in the social sciences, especially in urban sociology, to examine this issue.

Using the quantitative tools, methods and techniques in various sciences has been expanded during the recent years. The quantitative methods’ utilization in different branches of Humanities, especially the urban and regional planning have been always faced to various challenges. The reason of generated challenges is the complex nature of the human behaviors. Ordinary least Squares (OLS) is one of the popular methods in spatial model domain. It is supposed, in this method, that there is no spatial anisotropy among the observations and the spatial dependence doesn’t exist among the noise terms. It can be seen, in spatial data, using of the general regression methods such as Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and will cause the model parameter dispersion. So it is necessary to use some other spatial modelling methods such as Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). The experimental studies, have been done in this domain, reveal that the spatial regression methods can consider the spatial anisotropy among the observations and the noise terms dependence and will cause the estimations without the swearing and compatible with the parameters of the statistical society.

Using this method, infill development potential map in Tabriz for allocating urban further development were prepared. Result show that, the urban expanded to periphery in last decades, in the neglect of inner potentials. Analyzing of infill development potentials, such as incompatible land use, vacant and abandoned land, building components with low density (one floor) and tissue damage indicate that, there are approximately 4974 hectare of potentials for future development. The results of this study show that using of infill development strategy for further development of Tabriz, not only the destruction of farm lands and orchards around the city will be reduced, but also the economic costs, establishment of urban infrastructure costs and etc. will decreased and spatial dynamic form will be using the removal of incompatible and inefficient land uses, Improvement and renovation of old and informal district.

What is happening today at the dawn of the 21st century as a crisis in our cities and changes the cities to an ugly and unhappy places and makes citizens tired and prosaic is the breakdown of human-nature transplantation which has unfortunately been neglected in recent years in urban development and the urbanization system of the country. The importance of social health in today's densely populated and polluted cities is one of the main factors in attention to urban green spaces. Today, in many cities in the world, the development of health and social welfare policies in cities has emphasized on the availability of urban green spaces in the closest accessible areas for residential areas and workplaces. In the present study the optimal deployment of urban green spaces in the zone 8 of Tabriz has been assessed. Zone 8 as the central texture of Tabriz which has mainly a commercial-residential role (given the prevailing commercial role) receives a massive population from different parts of the city and even the province during certain times of the day. However only a few pieces of green space have been built in this zone. Regarding this issue, it is necessary to pay attention to the construction and optimal location of urban green space in accordance with demographic needs of the region.

Spatial patterns of migration in different periods to take a different spatial forms, in a particular time and place so that cities can immigration / high transmittable experience. Unbalanced patterns of immigration and settlement concentrated around particular it usually has important economic, social and political activities are leading to the formation of the spatial arrangement is different from other areas. This paper aims to identify spatial patterns of migration between city and country in 1385 and 1390 and to identify the characteristics and spatial patterns of dominant done. The research method used is descriptive analysis and data on population and housing census used different techniques have been used for analysis. The results show that the municipalities located in the border areas that are geographically on the periphery of the country has a high origin and the majority of the host city at the center of the country. The area is also the largest area of the country (61 percent of the country) in the city that have high immigration (95 city). 80 city high that only 3% of the area of origin into account. Other city had the lowest dynamics of immigration (78 city). These findings suggest that the center-periphery relations in the country is still in need of policy to achieve regional balance in the country''s planning system.

Urban population growth and increasing demand for housing and services in the cities of the country has forced the need for physical development of cities this development in recent decades has been more of external development, and the provision of services and housing has been following by adding to the city's area, that has caused to urban sprawl and deterioration of surroundings and neighboring gardens and agricultures. While that infill development and particularly redevelopment and utilization of land as effective approaches can be considered in reducing damage to the environment and realization of sustainable development of cities. In this regard the aim of this research is to develop a model to identify lands with redevelopment capability and use it to the city of Arak as an example. Therefore, this research tries to answer these questions that how to identify the lands with redevelopment capability? And what are these areas in Arak? For this purpose, an innovative algorithm to identify lands with destruction and redevelopment capability is designed, that urban parts are evaluated on the basis of 8 criteria, construction quality, age of Construction, small lot, permeability, land's price, sponsorship rate, ratio of migration and access to green space. This innovative algorithm has been implemented for example in the city of Arak. The results show that innovative algorithm has nice capability in combination with GIS software and can be used to identify the lands with destruction and redevelopment capability. Also using this algorithm in Arak city lead to identify 4187 pieces with redevelopment capability which has an area of 85.8 hectares and can be used to realization of infill development in Arak city.
