چکیده
خوانش هر بنا و سازه شهری مستلزم انگاره کل گرایی محیطی و از این رو نیازمند ادارک زیبایی شناختی است. منظر شهری در قلب این انگاره قرار دارد. انگاره ای که در پیوند با ابژکتیویسم سیما و منظر شهری به مفهوم کیفیت زندگی پیوند می خورد. در این مقاله منفعت عمومی صرفا به معنای مرسوم خدمات شهری و توزیع برابر آن ها نگریسته نمی شود بلکه با توجه به تصویری شدن ساختارهای بازنمایی شهری، منظر شهری و کیفیت فضا هم در این ساختارها منفعت و کالایی عمومی است. توزیع برابر این کالای عمومی در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی هم به صورت محسوس و هم آماری قابل بررسی است. روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی است. تعداد 120 نفر به صورت تصادفی از ساکنان منطقه 2 شهرداری شیراز مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفته اند. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که کیفیت مطلوب و خوانایی سیما و منظر شهری در تعلق مکانی، جریان سرمایه گذاری و رشد و کیفیت زندگی تاثیر مستقیم و معنی دارد. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

چکیده [English]
Reading of any building and city construction requires the idea of environmental holism and therefore requires aesthetic perception. The urban landscape is in the heart of this idea. The one that is linked to quality of life in connection with the objectivism of the image and landscape of the city. In this article public interest is not considered in the conventional sense of city services and its equal distribution but also due to visualization of urban representation structures, city landscape and the quality of space in this structures are public interests and goods.
Equal distribution of this public goods in improving quality of life can be examined both tangible and statistically. The research method is descriptive and analytical and a total of 120 people who is living in the district 2 of Shiraz municipality have been interrogated.
The result of research indicate that desired quality and the reading of image and landscape of city have direct and significant effect on place belongness, investment flow, growth and quality of life.
