چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ایجاد روشی ساختاری و تبیین اصول اساسی در پیشران‌های کلیدی، به آینده‌نگاری چالش‌های حمل‌ونقل محصولات کشاورزی در استان آذربایجان غربی پرداخته است.

سکونتگاه‌های روستایی به‌طور ذاتی پویا و در حال تغییر بوده و توسعه حمل‌ونقل به‌عنوان زیرساختی کلیدی، نقشی حیاتی در این پویایی ایفا می‌کند.

استان آذربایجان غربی با اتکا به بخش کشاورزی، نیازمند تقویت زیرساخت‌های حمل‌ونقل برای توسعه تجارت بین‌المللی است.

روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق کمی و کاربردی بوده و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه و منابع کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شده است.روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک‌های آینده‌پژوهی و تحلیل‌های ساختاری، به‌ویژه روش میک مک، به بررسی روابط بین متغیرها پرداخته است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از 30 نفر از مدیران، کارشناسان و اساتید استفاده شده و ماتریس‌های تأثیر متقابل برای تحلیل همبستگی‌ها تدوین شده است.

نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل کلیدی در بهبود حمل‌ونقل محصولات کشاورزی شامل زیرساخت‌های روستایی، هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل، ایمنی، زمان‌بندی و فناوری‌های نوین است. ماتریس تأثیر متقابل با ابعاد 43×43 و درجه پرشدگی 92.8 درصد، نشان‌دهنده تأثیر متقابل بالای این عوامل است. از 1716 رابطه ممکن، 133 رابطه با تأثیر صفر، 779 رابطه ضعیف، 759 رابطه متوسط و 178 رابطه قوی شناسایی شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌ها، ارتباط مؤثر بین مناطق تولید و مصرف، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین، کاهش هزینه‌های سوخت و بهبود کیفیت جاده‌ها، پیشران‌های کلیدی بهینه‌سازی حمل‌ونقل محصولات کشاورزی هستند

Objective: This research, aimed at developing a structural method and elucidating the fundamental principles in key drivers, has conducted a future-oriented study of the challenges in agricultural product transportation in West Azerbaijan Province. Rural settlements are inherently dynamic and evolving, and the development of transportation as a key infrastructure plays a vital role in this dynamism.

West Azerbaijan Province, relying on the agricultural sector, requires the strengthening of transportation infrastructure to develop international trade.

Methods: The research methodology is quantitative and applied, with data collected through questionnaires and library resources.The research approach is descriptive-analytical, employing future studies techniques and structural analyses, particularly the MICMAC method, to examine the relationships between variables.

To gather information, 30 managers, experts, and professors were utilized, and cross-impact matrices were developed to analyze correlations.

Results: The findings revealed that key factors in improving agricultural product transportation include rural infrastructure, transportation costs, safety, scheduling, and innovative technologies.

A cross-impact matrix with dimensions of 43×43 and a fill rate of 92.8% indicates a high degree of interaction among these factors.Out of 1716 possible relationships, 133 had zero impact, 779 had weak impact, 759 had medium impact, and 178 had strong impact.Conclusions: The results indicated that investment in infrastructure, effective communication between production and consumption regions, utilization of innovative technologies, reduction of fuel costs, and improvement of road quality are key drivers in optimizing agricultural product transportation
