The study, which is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, was conducted with the aim of designing a socio-economic resilience model with an emphasis on local governance and participatory planning; its statistical population included 857 people living in the villages of Sur and Tote Khaneh in Bonab County, and the sample size was determined as 265 people using the Cochran formula. The sampling method was based on the stratified random method, and sampling was carried out from each village in proportion to its population share in the entire community. Exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the research findings. The results of the factor analysis showed that the factors of local governance, participatory planning, social capital, livelihood diversity, social resilience, and economic resilience were ranked first to sixth, respectively. The results of regression analysis from modeling the factors affecting economic resilience in the villages of Sur and Tote Khaneh showed that the greatest impact is related to local governance with a standard beta coefficient of 0.340, which indicates that improving the state of local governance has a significant impact on increasing economic resilience. After that, social capital with a beta coefficient of 0.255, livelihood diversity with a beta coefficient of 0.215, and participatory planning with a beta coefficient of 0.145 are in the next ranks. the results of regression analysis from modeling the factors affecting social resilience in the villages of Sur and Tote Khaneh showed that local governance with a standard coefficient of 0.385 is the strongest predictor for social resilience, which indicates that improving local governance has the greatest impact on strengthening social cohesion. participatory planning with a coefficient of 0.250, social capital with a coefficient of 0.195, and livelihood diversity with a coefficient of 0.135 are ranked.
