چکیده
با نظر به اهمیت پایداری و نقش آن در میزان دلبستگی و وفاداری ساکنان به شهرها، پژوهش حاضر، مساله رضایت از شاخصهای کالبدی- فضایی را در میزان و نحوه وفاداری ساکنان به شهر مطرح نموده است. بدیهی است هدف اجتماعی و سازگاری انسانی در گرو سرمایه اجتماعی هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر است. با شناخت شاخصها، نخست، میزان اهمیت آن از منظر شهروندان مشخص و در ادامه، میزان عملکرد شهر بعنوان ساختار کالبدی- فضایی در تعین عینی و ذهنی شاخصها بررسی شده است. جهت حصول اطمینان از یافته ها، پژوهش حاضر، یک رویکرد توامان IPA و SEM را برای اندازه‌گیری اثرات اهمیت درک شده ابعاد شهر پایدار و عملکرد درک شده یک شهر پایدار بر رضایت و وفاداری ساکنانش را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. جامعه آماری، جمعیت بافت مرکزی کلانشهر تبریز است حجم نمونه 384 نفر برآورد شد. برای تحقیق حاضر از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. پاسخ نظرسنجی از ساکنان بافت مرکزی کلانشهر تبریز جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از روش توامان IPA و SEM تحلیل شد. با نظر به تحلیل شبکه ای در روش IPA و مشخص شدن اولویت ها و میزان اهمیت و عملکرد شاخص ها، یافته های تحقیق با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری همگام سازی و تحلیل مجدد شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رضایت ساکنان رابطه بین عملکرد کلی درک شده و وفاداری ساکنان را میانجی گری می‌کند، در حالی که رابطه بین اهمیت کلی درک شده و وفاداری ساکنان با عملکرد کلی درک شده و رضایت ساکنان میانجی گری می‌شود. پس از استخراج میزان تاثیر گذاری مولفه ها در فرضیه های مطرح شده، می توان گفت، عملکرد شهر پایدار، درک افراد را از توسعه پایدار افزایش می دهد. همچنین با افزایش درک مردم، توسعه پایدار و وفاداری ساکنین به محل اقامت، افزایش می یابد. افزایش وفاداری ساکنین، ناشی از رضایت افراد از شهر محل سکونت خود می باشد.

Due to the rapid trend of urbanization in recent years and the resulting problems in cities o solve and achieve urban sustainability, much research has been done on urban sustainability. As urbanization and environmental damage increase, it is imperative that the needs of the next generation be considered. Sustainable city affects various environmental, social, cultural, economic, etc. dimensions. Addressing the issue of sustainable development is essential to increasing the quality of life of city dwellers now and in the future. Significance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is one of the most common methods in sustainable development research. However, fewer studies have integrated IPA with structural equation modeling (SEM). This study examines an integrated IPA and SEM approach to measure the effects of perceived importance of a sustainable city's dimensions and perceived performance of a sustainable city on the satisfaction and loyalty of its residents. The statistical population of the study is the population of Tabriz. The sample size was estimated at 384 people. A questionnaire was used for the present study. Survey responses were collected from Tabriz residents and analyzed using the integrated IPA-SEM approach. The results show that residents 'satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived overall performance and residents' loyalty, while the relationship between perceived overall importance and residents 'loyalty is perceived as overall performance and residents' satisfaction is mediated. The SEM findings are in line with the concept of IPA, which is the first quarter (1Q) and the second quarter (2Q) as the target quarter to ensure residents' satisfaction and loyalty. Concepts and directions for future research are proposed based on the findings. Sustainable city performance increases people's understanding of sustainable development., with increasing public understanding, sustainable development and residents' loyalty to the residence will increase. increase in residents' loyalty is due to people's satisfaction with the city where they live
