چکیده
A
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی و تحلیل نقش معیارهای مؤثر در توسعه فیزیکی ناموزون شهر پیرانشهر و اثرات زیست محیطی آن بر نواحی پیرامونی بر شکلگیری سکونتگاههای غیررسمی در مناطق حاشیه شهر است که با بررسی الگوهای فضایی ـ زمانی و فرآیندهای رشد شهری پیرانشهر از سالهای 63 تا 93 میباشد. بنابراین با استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارهای سنجش از راه دور، GIS، معیارهای فضایی و مدل رگرسیون لجستیک در نرمافزار ادریسی بهمنظور بررسی مجموعهای از 13 معیار انتخاب شده جهت آشکار ساختن الگوهای پویایی رشد شهری در منطقه مورد مطالعه استفاده شده است. در واقع تحقیق حاضر در جهت پاسخ به این فرضیه که تغییرات کاربری اراضی کشاورزی روستای شینآباد و الحاق آن متأثر از گسترش کالبدی فضایی پیرانشهر بوده، شکل گرفته است. در نهایت یافتهها نشانگر آن است که اگر چه روستای "شینآباد" به شهر پیوسته است و اکنون یکی از نواحی آن محسوب میشود، اما شهر رشد اسپرال نداشته است و گسترش شهر عمدتاً هماهنگ با افزایش جمعیت شهری ناشی از مهاجرتهای پی در پی در طول چند دهه اخیر بوده است؛ اما سکونتگاههای غیررسمی زیادی در حواشی اتصال بین شهر روستا شکل گرفتهاند.

rid and semi-arid regions of the world is mainly characterized by lack or little amount of precipitation as well as irregular tempo-spatial distribution of annual rainfall and highly evapotranspiration. On the other hand, recent permanent drought in East Azerbaijan province has led to a reduction in available water resources, a sharp drop in the groundwater levels, Urmia Lake receding and drying and increasing saline lands surrounding the Urmia Lake. Also the orchards and farm lands that seriously depend on groundwater level have been indiscriminately and disproportionately developed related to the climate condition. Therefore, modification of agricultural patterns is the best way to efficient water use in agriculture and is considered as the only practical solution in relation to the sustainable development of agriculture. This study was conducted in order to determine the appropriate area for growing pistachio orchards and replacing it with second and third order of gardens.
