Introduction In this study, to analyze the effect blocking system on the precipitation during 1379 Sample rain, the weather maps of mean sea level pressure, geopotential height at 500 hpa level, wind components, moisture flux convergence and were analyzed. The data of daily precipitation were analyzed for meteorological stations by using Environmental approachto circulation during 1951 to 2013.The results suggest that three patterns have been effective in a rain storm and the establishment of Scutoff low in the Wast North West Iran and its associated trough displacement and ground accompaniment, which have provided the conditions for the creation of heavy rainfall. Because heavy rainfall is a type of atmospheric anomaly, many researchers are looking at how it occurs in abnormal weather patterns, including blocking patterns and other unusual synoptic patterns. Systems that are cut from the main west turn are called blocking systems (Habibi, 2006: 70). Researchers who have studied blocking systems such as Silman (2008) using the atmospheric-ocean output model, Kumar et al. (2008) using the air forecasting model, Timevios et al. (2010) using the Self Orgnizing Map (SOM), Caspar and Muller (2010) used the clustering method of hierarchy and Hang et al. and Yarahmadi and Marijanji (2011) by studying the low pressure system on the earth's surface, the atmosphere of the mid-atmosphere and the rise of cold weather And Gavidel (2014) have studied blocking system with the occurrence of blocking at 500, 600 and 700 hectopascal levels. Methodology In this study, High-level atmospheric data for rainfall analysis of days that have been rainy for more than 1 day include altitude geopolitical data of 500 HPL (meter potential), Uwind and Vwind (meters per second) and special humidity (grams per kilogram). These data are from 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time in the range of 0 to 80 degrees north and 0 to 120 degrees east with a spatial resolution of 2.5 × 2.5 degrees. It has been extracted from a database (NCEP / NCAR) affiliated with the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. First in the form of an environmental approach to circulation, Rainfall of more than one day in the spring during 62 years of statistics, which is 1379 days, was extracted. From these 1379 rainy days, based on the base index of 99th percentile, precipitation of more than 25.88 mm was selected. Therefore, 58 days of precipitation became the basis for the study of heavy spring rains. Because the purpose of the work is to check the blocking, the period of precipitation should be more than one day to determine the cause of heavy precipitation based on blocking or other systems. Then, using cluster analysis, the clustering of these 58 rainy days was studied. The results showed that three pressure patterns are effective in creating rainfall in Tabriz. For each of the patterns, a representative day with a correlation threshold of 95% was calculated and analyzed. Results and discussion At the time of pressure pattern 1, the Siberian high-pressure range stretched from 45 to 55 degrees north latitude to the west to the northern latitudes of Iran, and with low pressure on Turkey, provided thermal gradient. At the pressure pattern 2, a strong high-pressure nucleus with about 1032 HPL was formed in northern Mongolia. The tabs on this core, along with the high-pressure tabs of Siberia, have created extremely stressful conditions at the site of the low-pressure collision on northwestern Iran and Turkey. At the time of the establishment of the pressure pattern 3, tabs of the high-pressure system of the Scandinavian islands were drawn from the Black Sea to northwestern Iran. On the other hand, the whole of Iran is covered by the low pressure spread by Saudi Arabia. These conditions have led to an increase in the temperature and the provision of fronts and instability in Tabriz. In this way, the heavy rainfall that can be seen in the depths of the heart of this instability can be justified. Conclusion The results of synoptic analysis of pressure patterns related to blocking effective on the occurrence of heavy rainfall in Tabriz area indicate the formation of blocking phenomenon of high pressure type on the region. This system stops the movement of air circulation patterns, during which the patterns governing the atmosphere remain in place for several days. In the face of this system, the waves of the western winds are divided into two branches, north and south. This allows the waves to travel further north or south.

Trend analysis of 27 indices related with extreme temperature and precipitation during 1961-2011 were conducted in Tabriz using the non-parametric Mann-Kendall test and Sen’s Estimator Slope methods. Furthermore Generalized Extreme Value distribution fitted to observational extreme events. Values of quantiles of the variables were estimated for different return periods. Results indicated that during the past half century, trends of indices for summer days, tropical nights and warm nights were upward and statistically significant. Trends of indices related to ice days and cool days were downward and significant. Minimum values of daily minimum and maximum temperature in year indicate significant increasing trends. Indices of number of days with precipitation greater or equal to 10 and 15 mm, consecutive wet days, total precipitation in wet days and total precipitation when rainfall is greater than 95 and 99 percentiles have experienced significant decreasing trends. After fitting GEV distribution to annual values of daily minimum and maximum temperature as well as daily maximum precipitation in Tabriz Growth curves and Q-Q plats were illustrated. Investigation of plots indicated that this distribution function has more capability in fitting of time series of extreme value even in tails of the distribution.

In this study to identify the synoptic patterns causing heavy rainfall in East Azarbaijan province used with Environment- circulation pattern. Thus, beginning with the use of statistical methods limit type with return periods of ten-thousand-year, precipitation index for the 9 synoptic stations and climatology located at the province was determined and finally 25 days was analyzed as day's high Heavy. The clustering of the 1000 hPa geopotential height level these days, were identified three patterns of spring cyclone, deformation and winter cyclone as the creator of this precipitation patterns. Synoptic analysis of this patterns showed that the low pressure at polar latitudes move to down and troughs on the Mediterranean and the Middle East that it has spread. Next to the tropical high pressure and subsequent ridge are moved to higher latitudes. There are conditions in the planetary patterns, increased temperature and pressure gradient zonal and meridional circulation of establishing Cut-off low and blocking high system is in the region. Research area within the affected system has been up and down simultaneously. Thermodynamic analysis using data from the radio station of Tabriz probe showed that the potential instability in the event of heavy rain on the atmospheric vertical profile has prevailed. In fact, because the study area in this period of low and high latitudes is dominated systems and the systems at different height levels of temperature and humidity differences are great together, a stratification of temperature, moisture in the atmosphere will be created and established conditions of potential instability

Abstract
In this study the data relating to the maximum daily temperatures of Tehran Mehrabad synoptic station during the statistical period of 1951-2010 (60 years) have been analyzed. The regression models along with Mann-Kendal statistic were employed for detecting the significance of trend in temperature series.
Considering the long-term average high extreme temperatures and compared with the average six decades in the statistical series revealed those three decades of temperature 50, 80 and 90 are below the 60 years long-term average and instead of three decades of 60, 70 and the first decade of the 21st century, temperature changes are higher than from long term average.
In this regard the decade 80 is the coldest and the first decade of the 21st century, according to the minimum and the higher range of 60 and 70 decades are the warmest decades of Tehran Mehrabad station. Overall results of this study revealed the existence of seasonal fluctuations in the high extreme temperatures series of Tehran which do not have significant trend. Trend of high extreme temperature changes of Tehran was positive, meaning the increasing the intensity of summer warming.
The results of high extreme temperatures forecasting indicated that the high extreme temperatures in Tehran in years 2018 will lift up to the 43.25 degree of centigrade. The results of goodness to fit test proved that the Halt-Winters model is the appropriate model to forecasting of future high extreme temperatures of Tehran

Designing a house as the human living space; concerns with different human needs. So, human satisfaction from different aspects of his residential space is very important. Reviewing literature shows housing satisfaction can be evaluated by different physical, social, environmental, management and functional aspects. Considering the role of residential satisfaction in social and economic desirability in communities, the study has tried to evaluate and compare housing satisfaction degree among three communities with different age in Qazvin: Ferdosi, Daneshgah and Poonak communities considering different socio-demographic and physical characters of the residents and their residential spaces. With this aim, 360 residents (120 in each community) were participated in a survey study applying questionnaire technique. Results were analyzed by SPSS software and showed Poonak, new developing community; has the lowest housing satisfaction. Regression analysis also shows significant correlations between house area, number of stories and time as independent variables with housing satisfaction as dependent variable. Additionally, gender and ownership were only two socio-demographic factors which had significantly influenced on housing satisfaction degree. Finally, by evaluation of different dimensions of housing satisfaction including: different physical, social, environment, management and functional dimensions; it can be claimed that satisfaction from physical characters of residential spaces is the most significant element which determine the housing satisfaction degree.

According to a prevalent belief since the 1960s, patterns of national spatial systems have been thought to be dynamically transmuted appropriate to the levels of national economic growth and development until a rather balanced and efficient hierarchy of city-sizes is realized. This evolutionary process can be divided into two significant phases backed by the theories of “neoclassical economic equilibrium” and “polarized development”. That is, at the initial phase of development, economic growth essentially leads to resources and population concentration in a few core cities entitled “primate cities.” After that, in the second phase of development, sufficient degree of economic expansion would lead to gradual reduction of “urban primacy” through dispersion of growth factors and population throughout the nation. In view of economic principles, the aforementioned dispersive process would inevitably come to pass as a result of emerged diseconomies arising out of excessive agglomeration, congestion, and negative externalities within the primate cities. Based on this “nonlinear (inverted U-shape) model” and the “negative unidirectional relationship” suggested by some researchers, numerous time-series and cross-country studies using various indexes have investigated the existence and behavior of the mentioned interrelation. But upshot of these researches is contradictory and inconclusive until now. We aim at elucidating and probing into this disputation. So, for controlling the distortions caused by the diversity of primacy and development indexes employed in previous studies, we use 8 primacy indexes and 3 development indexes of 67 countries in the year 2000. Our statistical tests with varied (unidirectional and nonlinear) mathematical functions reveal that, aggregately, there is not any significant “cross-country” relationship between urban primacy and economic development.

In order to identify synoptic super heavy rain patterns (precipitation exceeding 50 millimeters a day) in Azerbaijan region, the daily precipitation data of 23 rain gauges were studied by six-hour precipitation synopsis from 1963 to 2005. The data were analyzed through hierarchical clustering analysis, specifically Ward cluster analysis in GRADS, MATLAB, and SURFFER softwares to identify the relationship between the higher-atmosphere circulation patterns and super heavy rain events in the studied region. Results demonstrated three different active circulation patterns in the region, for each pattern a single representative day was introduced for super heavy rain events's analysis. The spatial alignment of the precipitation pattern points out a relationship between the temporal distributions of super heavy rain events in region with the latitude. Significant relationships are existent between EastBlack Sea-NorthMediteranehSea, and Black Sea trough pattern and super heavy rain events in the studied region. The results play an important role in the prediction of heavy rain events in the region.

Frost is one of the natural disasters that is usually are associated with financial losses and even mortality. The atmospheric circulation systems have a main role in the occurrence, severity and spatial distribution of frost especially in temperate regions. The purpose of this research is the detection and investigation of synoptic conditions simultaneous with occurrence of winter frosts in Sistan region. The method used in this analysis approach is peripheral circulation. For these purposes, two databases (surface and atmospheric) were required. For surface data, climate data from synoptic weather stations of Zabol and Zahak were used as a representative of the regional climate. The longest and most severe frost was selected during the last decade (2010-2000). Second database of sea level data and maps of 850 and 500 Hp levels was prepared from the National Center for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) and National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). Spatial coverage of weather data is between 30 until 90 degrees east longitudes and 10 until 50 degrees north latitude. For representing the weather stream lines maps, Grads software was used. The results showed that cyclonic activity on the Balkhash Lake prepared the situation for downfall of cold air of high latitude and western flow of trough to region and caused frost in the Sistan region. Transferred axis of trough at the eastern regions and the above conditions caused more frost persistence. The most severe frost in Sistan region tll, place in the western part of trough and the flux of northern cold air. The factor that has created these conditions is the pressure gradient between the southern and northern regions of Sistan, especially South East of Sistan low-pressure system which led to the establishment of west part of trough to the region.

IntroductionIn 2016, almost 55% of the world’s population were living in cities which is anticipated to amount to 66% by 2050. As the population grows, competition between cities as tourism destinations also grows (Boivin & Tanguay, 2019:67). Tourism is a major industry globally, with so many people spending their time in recreation and travel each year (Taghvaei & Jozi-Khamsalouei, 2016:163). This rapidly growing industry which is affecting economies considerably (Bazrafshan & Bameri, 2018:168), is becoming one of the main components of the world’s trade shortly (Taghvaei & Hosseini-Khah, 2017:9). Today, tourists seek to gain more interactive and satisfying experiences, as creative tourism can be an effective way to connect this (Mohammadi et al. 2016:5). Creative tourism is gaining momentum and seeks to provide modern tourism development strategies (Kiani Salmi & Safari, 2017:117). Creative tourism paves the way for societies to achieve development (Saniei et al. 2014:84). With an oil-dependent economy, Iran has not done non-oil economy and revenue generation through other channels; thus, it should seriously engage in tourism (Taghvaei et al. 2013:172) because it enjoys the potential to become a strong tourism hub.Meanwhile, creative tourism refers to a more developed form of tourism that has a rich historical and cultural background in Iran, especially in Isfahan (Shafie et al. 2014:251), which enjoys nationally and internationally-recognized attractions and draws many tourists from all over Iran and the world (Taghvaei & Izadi, 2012:32). Therefore, given the positive outcomes that tourism may bring about for cities and also the role of the city of Isfahan as a tourism city, the present research investigates the most important components affecting the creative tourism development in Isfahan and emphasizes tourism attractions. It also seeks to answer the following questions: What is the distribution of tourism attractions in Isfahan? AndWhat are the most important components affecting the development of creative tourism in Isfahan?Data and MethodThe present research falls under applied-developmental studies in terms of goals and uses a descriptive-analytical method from a methodological perspective. Data required were gathered from library and document sources and field surveys. A research questionnaire was developed using indicators extracted from books, scientific articles, views, and related theories in creative tourism, including four dimensions and 29 indicators. Also, factorial analysis, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) (TOPSIS and SAW), Partially Ordered Set (POSET) methods, and entropy coefficient were used to analyze the data.According to Isfahan’s Handicraft and Tourism Organization, the statistical population was 850000 in 2018. The Cochran formula yielded a total sample size of 385 tourists and officials working in the tourism sector (Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization) selected via the snowball sampling method. Results and DiscussionFactor analysis model findings suggest that social-cultural (9 variables), artistic-cultural (6 variables), structural-institutional (7 variables), and finally economic (6 variables) factors were the most important factors affecting the materialization of creative tourism in the city of Isfahan, which could explain 49.73% of the total variance. AHP, TOPSIS and SAW methods were used to prioritize the indicators. Also, the POSET method was used to rank the indicators.Model findings of the cultural dimension suggest that the criterion of official attention to the cultural heritage, learning experiences and new skills and holding handicraft industries workshops are ranked first to third, respectively. Model finding of the structural dimension also suggests that creativity in design, standard location and quality of tourism infrastructure, and the effects of night transportation on the use of tourism attractions take first to third ranks, respectively. The prioritization of social dimension indicators reveals that the sub-criterion of security and peace of mind in tourism spaces, greater interaction between people and tourists and holding sports-cultural games take first to third priorities. As regards the economic dimension, components of handicrafts industries marketing, appropriate distribution of sale centers and diversity of tourism services consistent with all income groups are ranked first to third. In the meantime, the entropy coefficient for the distribution of attractions in the city of Isfahan was 0.5, which indicates a greater concentration and imbalanced distribution of the attractions in the municipal districts of the city. It is thus required to develop and balance new attractions fundamentally.ConclusionWith so many historical sites, the metropolis of Isfahan is considered one of the most popular tourist hubs in Iran, which necessitates tourism planning for this city. The distribution of tourism attractions in Isfahan indicates greater concentration and imbalanced distribution of the attractions in municipal areas of the city. Despite the large number of tourists flowing into this city, their presence is limited to some areas, with people of Isfahan themselves having to travel longer distances to see the attractions. Thus, one of the critical solutions is to employ successfully implemented models and ideas for creating new attractions in areas which lack attractions. Also, to materialize creative tourism in Isfahan, it is imperative to provide planning on major components and indicators and understand and prioritize these indicators so that creative tourism is developed and implemented.

Introduction Ecotourism is one of the common types of tourism activities that has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. The ecotourism concept is based on the ideals of environmental protection and sustainable development and refers to a responsible journey to nature with an emphasis on ensuring the improvement of local community life and environmental protection (Seifi and Janbaz, 2017: 479). Ecotourism has a deep connection with sustainable development, which stems from the interactions between tourists and the environment. Proper planning and management in order to develop ecotourism are essential to preserve and maintain the environmental richness of the region as well as the economic improvement of local people (Bunruamkaew and Murayama, 2011: 269). Iran is one of the countries that have a lot of potential for ecotourism development, however, studies show that Iran's natural tourism assets are vast array of scattered, unstabilized resources, and in some cases are on the verge of extinction. The main object of the current paper is to assess the ecotourism potentials and capabilities of the Margavar rural district of Urmia County in northwest of Iran. For this purpose, Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Fuzzy method have been used and ecotourism capabilities zoning map of the study area has been produced. Data and Method The current research is a Multicriteria-based study and the Analytic network process (ANP) method and Geographical Information System (GIS) has been used to analyse the data. Spatial criteria were clustered based on reviewing the background into five main groups including climate, human, topography, geology, and tourism and criteria have divided into these 5 groups. At first, the criteria map was prepared in the ArcGIS environment, then all the maps were reclassified with the Reclassify function. In the next step, the criteria maps are standardized with a Fuzzy linear function and the ANP model was run in Super Decisions software, and pairwise comparisons and related super matrices were calculated for the criteria and the relative weight of each criterion was obtained and the resulting weights were applied to maps. Finally, the weighted maps were combined each other using the 0.9 fuzzy gamma operator, and the Fuzzy ecotourism capability zoning map was produced in value 0 to 1. Results and Discussion After designing the network structure, matrices and related super-matrices were calculated and the relative weights of all criteria were determined. Results showed that temperature, geological structure, slope, rain, and tourism facilities have the most importance and weight in relation to the ecotourism ability of the study area, respectively. According to the ecotourism capabilities zoning map, the study area was divided into four class: completely suitable, relatively suitable, relatively unsuitable, and completely unsuitable. The resulting map analysis shows that areas located in the central and western parts of the region, which have a low slope percentage and also include rich pastures and natural tourist attractions, are in the completely suitable group. Furthermore, some parts of the study area have mountain slopes and difficult topographic conditions that are very difficult to access grouped in completely unsuitable lands for ecotourism activities. The final results of the study show that 14.50% of the study area is in the completely suitable class, 26.32% in the relatively suitable class, 27% in the relatively unsuitable class and 32.15% are in the completely unsuitable class Conclusion Research evaluations show that In general, Margavar rural district, both in terms of potential for the future development of ecotourism and in terms of Its current situation has a lot of potential in this regard in terms of receiving a large number of tourists That comprehensive planning and formulation of effective solutions in this field can be considered an effective way and an important step to achieve sustainable regional development. Application of multi-criteria analysis techniques such as ANP model and Fuzzy model in this research indicates the great flexibility of these methods, which makes it possible to determine different scenarios and combine different criteria with each other. On the other hand, the use of GIS has provided a good platform for feasibility studies, assessment, and identification of the natural environment. Therefore, it can be said that due to the high potential of the Margavar rural district, there is a need to review measures and pay more attention to tourism development plans and studies in this region.

In this study, the heavy rainfall of Northwest of Iranhas been analyzed using environmental circulation approach. Isohyte maps were depicted using Kriging method on 14*14 km pixels from 21/3/1961 up to 31/12/2004 (a17508× 533 matrix). Based on these interpolated data we selected super heavy rainfalls for all in Northwest of Iran as a whole. Heavy rainfall and their locations have been detected from 00 to 1200 E and 00 to 800 N in the five this levels (1000, 925, 850, 700, 600 and 500 hPa level) at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC. The results of this study showed that four thickness circulation patterns play role in producing these super heavy rainfalls. In analysis of these precipitations one representative day was introduced for every circulation pattern. The analysis showed that the circulation patterns 2 justify the most of precipitations. These findings can play an important role in forecasting the precipitation and preventing from flooding in the region.

Geotourism, encourages tourism into geosite and conservation of geodiversity and an understanding of earth sciences. One way to effectively protection and conservation geodiversity is that valuable parts such as geoheritage (geological and geomorphological heritage) are protect and conserved. Most of human-scale geological materials are non-renewable. Geoparks are special territories with a development plan that their aim is protection of geological heritage (and other natural resources) while preserving the cultural identity of local communities. Iran has a wide range of geological and geomorphological phenomena that geotourism recently formed and located during the early stages of development. The paper attempts to analyze and evaluate based on geomorphosites and geosites in West of Khorasan Razavi, one of the common methods (method Brilha), could be offered the optimal mechanism for the protection and benefit of geodiversity (geoconservation).

In recent decades, uncontrolled growth of population and urban development have caused various social, economic and environmental conflicts, such as production of municipal solid waste that has followed its inappropriate disposal. So that, how disposal, site selection and correct management of landfill solid waste is one of the urban environmental problems, nowadays. Therefore, finding the appropriate place for this process is one of the first and main objectives of urban development plans to achieve sustainable development. Central part of Kouhdasht city, with production of 110 tons of waste daily, is facing with environmental, social and health problems in this field, due to lack of recycling equipments and its improper disposal place. The aim of this study is appropriate site selection of municipal solid waste disposal in the Kouhdasht city using analysis of human, environmental, hydrological, geological and geomorphologic parameters through AHP model and GIS technique. AHP model is one of the most efficient techniques that designed for multiple criteria decision making. This technique is provides the possibility of formulating complex problems as hierarchy. The results show that we can classify zones of the waste disposal of the Kouhdasht city into five classes. In the meantime, zones and most suitable and suitable, with area of 316.193 and 673.219 Km2 respectively, have highest priority for solid waste disposal and with 24.9 percent of total area in the Kouhdasht city are in the first priority of waste disposal projects. The results of this research would be beneficial in systemic management of urban environment and also in plans of municipal solid waste optimum disposal in study area.

Researchers of river Geomorphology science are seeking new ways to check River Geomorphology and its pattern changes always. Fractal geometry is one of the new methods that can be used in Geomorphology of river science. The main importance of fractal geometry is presentation of the model and mathematical description for complex shapes that in nature can provide. The goal of this research is Fractal analysis of GezelOzanRiver changes between routes of Miyaneh to Zanjan. For this purpose was used satellite images of periods 2000, 2004 Sensor ETM + and 2007 sensor IRS. For Fractal analysis the studied route was divided into three periods that each period is different in terms of morphological characteristics. For determine of fractal dimensions was used from box-counting method. The survey results showed that the first interval (interval arterial) has had the highest changes and the second range (Mid-range Mountain) has had the lowest changes and third period (mountain range) has had an intermediate case.

Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is an optimum mathematical method to decrease variables into some limited components in order to justify the highest variance of primary variables. In this study some statistical characteristics of annual precipitation of Zanjan city including sum of annual precipitation, number of rainy days, extreme daily precipitation in a year, the ratio of extreme precipitation to the sum of annual precipitation and some characteristics such as Standard Deviation (SD), Skewness (Sk), Kurtosis (Ku), Absolute Mean Deviation (AMD) and Mean Absolute Interannual Variability (MAIV) were was calculated from monthly precipitation for each year, and were introduced principal component analysis technique. The results show that 95% percent of annual precipitation variations can be explained through 4 components. The first component which indicates the highest data variance (42.6%), represents annual precipitation and absolute variability indices including SD, AMD and MAIV. The second component represents the shape of frequency distribution indices (Sk, Ku), the third component represents extreme precipitations and finally the fourth component represents the number of rainy days. The analysis of the trend of components scores show that first and fourth components scores have a significant decreasing and increasing trend, respectively. Round a lines show a precipitation decrease during the period under study from one hand and having uniform temporal distribution on the other hand.

Introduction One of the most important issues is the theory of sustainable development and its recent approach (livable) which, like other modern approaches to the theory of sustainable development, while posing a problem in the city, leads us to have a more favorable city for sustainable urban life and development. The origins of the worn-out texture of the central part of Zanjan, which is the core of the city, exhibits a different face than the city, from various aspects of environmental sustainability including environmental, economic and social health. Therefore, the present study focuses on the worn-out texture of the central part of Zanjan by analyzing the livelihood approach to analyze the status of its social viability. Understanding this process will undoubtedly be an important tool in achieving the long-term aspiration of aging tissue planning. Methodology The present study seeks to explain the present situation and to write a scenario for the future situation. Therefore, the future research approach is dominant in this research. In this respect, the research method is based on heuristic analysis. Field studies (observation, interviews and questionnaires) and library studies (study of documents, statistics and research backgrounds and theories) were used for data collection. The statistical population of the study consisted of worn-out texture of Zanjan. According to population of 75057, wear-resistant texture of Zanjan city, using Cochran sampling method with 0.05 error, the total sample population was 384 persons. Factor analysis, goodness-of-fit analysis and interaction / structural effects analysis were used for data analysis. Results and discussion Investigation of the relationship between independent variables (education, social capital, security, health and leisure) and dependent (factor bias) based on factor loadings (γ) shows that among the five dimensions relationship with biodiversity of Zanjan, social capital component with Standard coefficient 1.09 has the highest and security component with standard coefficient 0.08 has the least relationship with Zanjan city's viability. Therefore, in order to achieve the social indicators of a sustainable city, the social security component in Zanjan needs to be further strengthened. On the other hand, examining the relationship between latent variables (education, social capital, security, health and leisure) and explicit (components shown in a rectangular form) based on factor loadings (λ) shows that among the components of education Per capita index of educational spaces with standard coefficient of 0.34 in social capital component of neighborhood trust index with standard coefficient of 0.34, in health component of public health care quality index with standard coefficient of 0.24, in security component of voluntary security patrols index with standard coefficient of 0.98, in Leisure component of the quality index of access to leisure and sports facilities with the coefficient of standard 0.34 has the most to do with the social viability of Zanjan. Conclusion In this regard, the results of the research approach with MICMIC showed that indicators of "satisfaction with space for the elderly", "level of social corruption", and "informal night-time surveillance through diversity of uses", and "membership in public institutions" It has the most instability. The result is that in the future, the sustainability of Zanjan city in terms of socio-cultural structures is an improvement of these indicators. On the other hand, considering the socio-cultural structure of the worn-out texture of Zanjan with high levels of social capital, explaining the relationships between the components showed that the indicators of "educational spaces per capita", "drug use", "quality of access to Libraries "," pedestrian and nocturnal security, "" access to private health care, "and" membership of public institutions "have very strong relationships. And these are bilateral relations with the "per capita educational spaces" component. This practice also shows that the issue of education and reaching its standards is one of the most important social priorities for making Zanjan city viable for future generations.

Spatial interactions and functional relationships between cities and surrounding regions such as rural areas, located in their hinterland, gradually lead to different changes in their different spheres. Among important changes mainly affected by cities and seen in some rural areas of Iran in recent decades, there are functional changes originated from promoting rural tourism in them. Rural areas of Tabriz metropolitan are not excluded from of this rule and they are experiencing significant functional changes by formatting and promoting construction of second houses as a form of rural tourism. To explain how the functional changes are made and effective factors on them three village of Tabriz hinterland, have been chosen as reprehensive villages and were examined. Methods in present study are descriptive, analytical and we examined and express the relationships among research variables. The document method was used to review previous works and their changes and developments. This was a practical study in terms of our ultimate goal. The findings of this study show that these changes mainly have occurred during recent years and construction of second houses have to converting a significant proportion of agricultural function of these villages to entertainment-leisure function and also imposing major changes on land use of these villages.

Nowadays the industrial pollutions have destructive influences on biology environment and the life of their inhibitors. For reducing the destructive effects of these biological hits, the most effective and at the same time the simplest way is to improve the Green space and biology. The geographic information software by utilizing different analysis functions, allows the incorporation of spatial and non-spatial data and also the management and simultaneous analysis of them, thus it can be used as an instrument for city planners. In the Kazerun city that was studied in this article, the excessive lack of green space and un just distribution of that is highly sensed. This study searches for efficient distribution of Green space by using hierarchy analysis (AHP) and index overlap model (IO). To obtain this aim, by using the GIS software and after going through data collection stage, providing new data layers, sorting and valuating the layers and at last, weighing and data layers overlapping, we prioritize the Kazrun city lands for new Green space development. At last, we divided these lands to very good, good, medial, weak and very weak that after adapting this map to land facts, the very good and good land classes were chosen for Green space development (local or City Park). The current research method is descriptive-analytic. The required information of this research were collected from field observation, comprehensive design study and descriptive of Kazerun city, 1/2000 maps of current situation

Alluvial fans are the most obvious Landforms of fluvial geomorphology which react to changes in tectonic as geomorphic phenomena, and they can be used as a tool for identifying of the tectonic aspect of regions. In this research at first, alluvial fans and their drainage basins located in the northern slopes in Bozqush were extracted in terms of morphometric (area, volume, distribution) and physiographic features (length, area, height) and the relative status of regional tectonic activity was evaluated by using 5 Geomorphic Indicators (α, AF, Bs, Hi, SL).The required parameters consisted of (R, S, H and α) and the other parameters were collected through DEM as well as digital geological maps. The Church Giles methods and Stream power model were used for computing the volume of alluvial fans and the uplift rate of watersheds by using ArcGIS, CAD and MATLAB softwares. Then Correlation was established between the results. Results showed that there is no significant relationship between the catchment area (BA) and the Volume of Alluvial Fans (V); in contrast, a significant and direct relationship was observed with a correlation coefficient 78% between the basin uplift rate and volume of fans. In this regard, by providing geological maps and location of the faults and its overlap with watershed and alluvial fans, It was found that the formation of large alluvial fans (Bijand, Elahagh) is consistent with upper two reverse and normal strike-slip fault lines (at the outlet of the basin). According to the results, in the current Morph-climatic conditions, tectonic can be considered as a major factor in increase or decrease of the volume of alluvial fans.

Emission reduction of carbon dioxide and its impact on global warming process is one of the most important results in the use of renewable energy sources. In urban areas, solar systems stationed on building roofs are the most appropriate utilization method of stable source of solar energy. Urban compactness is a major urban form parameter that affects the accessibility of solar renewable energy in the built environment, so it is essential that the effects of urban compactness on buildings utilization of solar energy, be surveyed. The aim of this study is the evaluation of solar energy potential in urban areas and determination of the relation between urban compactness indicators and solar energy potential in the local scale. In this study, the annual solar radiation modeling for each of the building surfaces of the study area, over one year period, was performed using the Solar Analyst model. On the other hand, the relation between various compactness indicators including site coverage, plot ratio, volume-area ratio, Entropy, population density and building density with Annual solar radiation received by the study area was explored and using least squares regression model, the relationship between the solar radiation and urban compactness indicators was determined. Also potential of using two types of active solar systems including Building Integrated Photovoltaic Systems (PV) and Solar Thermal Collectors (STC) was evaluated. According to the results, the annual solar irradiation increase from 507 (in compression areas) to 741 (in scattered areas) Kilowatt hours per square meter. Volume-area ratio shows the highest determination coefficient, R2 equal to 0/805 with annual solar radiation. Also in the study area, the building roofs potential for the development of PV systems much more than STC systems, influenced by the degree of urban compactness.
